We are locatedn the Three Peaks route and close to the Pennine Way/Dales way. The property is surrounded by the finest walking and mountain bike trails in England. Lynn's Place

Lynn's place is close to public transport and amenities. You will have a double room with double bed and a single bed so ideal for solo travellers, couples or friends sharing a space. This is quiet house to stay in with sitting area, tea and coffee provided, guests only Shower room and choice for breakfast of self service cereals or toast etc. I am a Medical Herbalist I live with my partner Mark and Dog Honey we leave guests to own devices unless need help then we can be messaged.

Sunny, quiet, pretty room.

This is a pretty, clean, well-furnished, quiet room, 5min from the centre. It looks over the garden and has a work desk. Tea, coffee, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave are provided. Currently, there is no access to the kitchen or living room A bit of work needs to be done in the hallway and a bit still in the bathroom, so if you need perfection, don't book this room. The very low price of the room compared to average for the area, reflects the work needing to be done.

The single bedroom has a study area and a charming sitting room. There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage. Continental breakfast will be served in the breakfast room. The home is conveniently situated on a bus route, with access to the two universities, Williamson Park, the rail station, town centre, and beautiful coast and countryside.

Idillic setting directly overlooking the Liverpool/Lancaster Canal open fields and flowing stream. Victorian house built in 1892 with some original features and high ceilings. Your bedroom is large with a private bathroom just outside your door (not en-suite). The area is quiet and parking is guaranteed. The small garden is a pleasant space with a running water pond, on sunny mornings our guests really appreciate having breakfast there.
