We had a great stay in this lovely property. We were provided with everything we could ever need for our short stay. Lovely homely decor, a large sunny enclosed garden (which was great for our dog). comfy couches and beds and a lovely welcome pack. This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in and we would definitely book again. The wood fired hot tub was also a massive bonus as was the wood burning fire in the lounge. Amy was really responsive to any communications and was a great host.

I highly recommend this beautiful house in a quiet and peaceful location. Jill was an excellent host, helpful and informative and the house was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The surrounding fields had newborn lambs and free range chickens which added to the atmosphere. if you come across this property when looking for a place to stay, look no further and book it immediately.

My partner and I visited the cottage in early June. Not only were the photos a true reflection of the property, the attention to detail that has gone into the cottage is beautiful. The cottage is in an ideal location, with several local amenities within walking distance. Communication with simply booking was both swift and concise. The only issue from our time spent at the cottage was when we were in the hot tub and laughing, a nosy male customer that had parked in the car park of the nearby pub peered over the wall of the private garden making that experience uncomfortable.

Bank House Cottage is an exceptional cottage to stay at. Hosts Veronica and Alan were wonderful, giving local recommendations and ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is beautiful and has an interesting history. It was sparkling clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We also availed of the Hot Tub which was luxurious and very relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the cottage and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful spacious house . Thomas gray house. Great location. Grounds really nice. Even used hot tub as weather was sunny and warm. Jerry had made sure that was ready. Kitchen lovley. Bedrooms really nice. Tv in every room. Games consoles grandkids made use of. Lovley family house. Would go thete again no problem. Jerry thought of everything very very good host.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kathryn's place. The place is exactly how you imagine it would be by looking at the description and the photos. We will definitely be going back again. Kathryn was very responsive and so helpful with whatever queries we had.

What a lovely place! So glad I found it and would love to revisit! It was absolutely stunning! By far the nicest place I have stayed! The properly was beautiful and it was very clean! The views were stunning! Sam was incredibly helpful with booking, directions and getting access to the property! I don’t think he could have been any more helpful which made the process so easy and straight forward! It has everything you needed and we can’t wait to come back!

Cottage is lovely and in a great village, a short walk from a friendly pub that serves great food. Good base for travelling to the lakes and some lovely walks locally. Cottage is very warm and welcoming and our host Liz was brilliant , clear communication and very reactive.

Extremely comfortable cottage in a lovely, pretty location. Very well equipped kitchen, great shower and very comfortable bed. Very clean and own parking spot was a bonus. Great comms from Brittany and excellent local recommendations. Looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend.

As a family traveling with small children we absolutely loved this cottage! Plenty of space with all the amenities we needed and clean. The location is beautiful and within walking distance to pubs, countryside scenery and a great park/playground - my kids loved it! Exactly as described and exactly what we pictured the British countryside to be. We hope to return one day!

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous very clean, well presented and had everything we needed. We had the best time away with our toddler and dog and would recommend to everyone, we hope to visit again in the future! The location was perfect, lot's of beautiful walks around and just a short journey into Cartmel which we enjoyed visiting for the day. Can't thank Anthony enough, his communication was great and overall just a brilliant host.

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

Thank you to Kathryn and Richard for allowing us to stay at their beautiful cottage. It had everything we needed for nice relaxing stay including a fireplace, comfy beds and amazing views. Our children loved the chickens and goats. The location was great for exploring the area. Would recommend the restaurant Rind to anyone staying here- so good we went back a 2nd time! Kathryn and Richard were both so welcoming throughout, from initial booking, communication was great and were available to contact throughout our stay. We've had a lovely long weekend :)

This small but perfectly formed house was just the place to stay when you need a few days break. Inside was warm and cosy with everything you need. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Julie our host was very responsive and was very helpful with clear checking in instructions. We didn’t get time to walk much but noticed that there was a walk by the canal just outside the garden and we managed to walk to the pub one night - you do need a torch if you do this. A great bolt hole for anyone wanting peace and quiet. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at Robin Cottage - Jenny and Cesar were great hosts and were extremely friendly and relaxed - made us feel at home. The cottage was definitely luxurious - with the living room comfortable and cosy and the very well equipped kitchen helping to make our stay totally relaxing and hassle free. We enjoyed the dog walks from the cottage itself and it sits in quite a stunning location. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the place is quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of room to spread out inside and we found it a totally relaxing place to sit and read with feet up. It was a little chilly to sit outdoors and was so cosy indoors we didn’t make full use of the garden area but it is well equipped for sitting outside with a great view- there was a fire pit and barbecue.

Tailors Cottage is a beautifully presented home away from home. There were thoughtful touches and a very informative welcome pack with plenty of local guide books. The location was perfectly central with all you could need in walking distance. We had a great weekend away and would highly recommend anyone visiting the Ribble Valley to stay here!

We had a fabulous stay here for 3 nights. The location is very quiet and peaceful, which was perfect as a retreat after busy days in Manchester and Liverpool. It’s only 30 minutes from Liverpool, so perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and close. The house was clean and tidy, exactly as described. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. Great find!

The cottage was beautiful and spotless, with everything we needed for our two-night stay. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered. It was cosy, immaculate, and very comfortable. We stayed while attending a wedding, and I had contacted Chelsey, the owner, beforehand with a few questions. She was always friendly, responsive, and even kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier, which was a huge help. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be recommending it to others. The cottage was easy to find from Derek's instructions which we didn't expect with how rural the area was. The house was beautiful and had extra amenities we didn't expect including a guest account for Netflix on the TV and a fancy fridge with an ice maker. Our dog enjoyed the garden (especially the ducks!) And absolutely loved the private field and river areas. She had a great run off the lead around here and a paddle in the river. With how rural the area was, it was a very quiet and peaceful area but we also visited the Beacon Fell nature reserve which was only a short 15 minute drive which was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful and were happy to answer any questions we had, even if we had already asked the question and just forgotten what they said!
