Alabaster Lodge is a detached lodge, built in 2023, situated on the owner’s 14-acre working farm. Set within the Wye Valley AONB with fabulous far reaching views of the rolling countryside. Warm and cosy, with full central heating, the lodge is an all year round destination for cyclists, walkers and nature enthusiasts. Uninterrupted views of the Wye Valley, where you can catch sight of birds of prey, including the beautiful red kites who can often be seen hovering over the fields on the farm.

Clairville is among the oldest sandstone buildings (circa 1600s) in central Ross-on-Wye. This comfortable Ground Floor Apartment provides the perfect base to access the towns Restaurants, Period Pubs and Bars while being in walking distance of the Forest and River. The Roost is a private, self contained, garden annexe apartment set in the grounds of Croft Cottage. It sleeps 3 (+1) which includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull out guest bed for a 4th person. It has a well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave & fridge. The lounge has a double height vaulted ceiling with double doors leading out onto a private patio which catches the evening sun. Perfect for watching the runner ducks foraging in the garden.

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

Kilnby Cottage a self contained cosy cottage for 2

Kilnby Cottage is a secluded self-contained annex to an individual house in about an acre on Howle Hill. its in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by country side. Outside there is a small separate garden and private off road parking. The only passing traffic are a few neighbours and dog walkers.... The kitchen window and patio doors look out over the garden and the patio holds the sun all day until it eases off the the West.

The Woodman's Bothy

A rural retreat tucked away on a hillside at the edge of the forest where you can relax in front of the wood burning stove or enjoy the views of the beautiful Hope Mansell valley by the fire pit. This rustic hideaway is perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walkers and cyclists wanting to explore The Wye Valley and Royal Forest of Dean. Ross on Wye (10 mins), Monmouth (20 mins) and the cathedral city of Hereford (45 mins).

Skylark Hut: cosy, views, meadow, bit of luxury!

This hut is super cosy, but very well equipped and spacious inside (think tardis!). Guests say it is very comfortable, and it is all fully plumbed in. Everything you need. With stunning views of the Welsh Black Mountains, it sits nestled in a calming wildflower meadow with lots of wildlife - you might wake to see deer passing your window. Sadly, not suitable for dogs, young children or infants.

The Underhill House- luxury hobbit hole

A unique underground hobbit house nestled in the woods of the Wye Valley. Amenities include a King size bed, log fired oven and outside BBQ. This Eco-Friendly house comes with civilised compost toilets, outside showers and low energy fridge/kettle. With plenty of parking onsite, its close to The Forest of Dean, two miles to the River and Ross on Wye.
