This apartment is in a fantastic location! It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Taipei World Trade Center and the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area, which was perfect for both work and leisure. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot for my business trip!

this place was modern and clean! Perfect location as well, there were few breakfast spots literally downstairs which we really enjoyed. Vivian was really helpful throughout our stay and responded almost instantly when we needed help. Overall my friends and I loved the space, it was spacious and comfortable

We were a family of four visiting from the US. The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although Taipei 101 looks like it is tucked in a corner of the sprawl of Taipei, there is a lot going on in the neighborhood, both glitzy and more local in flavor. Ryan’s place is three minutes from the Taipei 101 MRT station and across the busy boulevard from the 101 Tower, yet because there is a large building between the street and the apartment, the apartment was quiet throughout the day. Note that the halls and common spaces are very much to traditional Taiwan standards of condition; the apartment itself is very clean. We removed our shoes at the door and were very comfortable in the apartment. We were in Taiwan in December so we used the heat on occasion. We were able to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the night without an issue. Beds are firm as usual for Asia.

There are just enough beds for 7 adults and 3 children. The facilities and beauty are as shown in the photos. In Taiwan, you have to be patient and not just flush toilet paper. The owner came to pick me up nearby to check in and gave me detailed information about the room. The owner is very kind. He told me about some good restaurants in the neighborhood. If possible, I would like a bath mat. And I would like glasses instead of just mugs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Had a wonderful stay with my elderly parents and sister. The condo was extremely clean, the location was very convenient to Taipei 101, shopping, restaurants, and MRT. The hosts were extremely helpful, as they helped us book transportation from the airport and to other destinations. The only issue we had was the hot water didn’t last very long, so we adapted by spacing out our showers. Otherwise the condo was perfect and a great place to stay!

We had a great stay! The host, Tiffany and Kenneth, were super responsive and really easy to communicate with from start to finish. They were beyond accommodating — even offered us an extra unit for free, which gave us more space and made the trip even more comfortable. Without us even asking, they also offered a late checkout, which was such a nice touch and took the pressure off our departure day. On top of that, they helped arrange Uber pickups to and from the airport, which made everything so smooth. Really appreciated all the thoughtful touches — would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

My family stayed here for five weeks! We had a wonderful time. The location can’t be beat, right across the street from Taipei 101 and shopping malls in one direction and near local shops and restaurants in the other. The MRT is practically right there at your doorstep. Linjiang Night Market is a walkable distance. Elevator and air-conditioning were absolute musts in the month of July and both worked great. TzuHan was a fantastic host, responsive to my messages from the very beginning and through the end, and so nice to meet in-person, too. The apartment feels spacious and was comfortable. Maybe could have used a few more comforts like hand towels, a throw blanket for the couch, a couple more bowls, etc. but really we had everything we needed and anything we missed we could easily provide on our own. In true Taiwanese fashion, the mattresses are firm, so be prepared for that if you’re used to a soft bed. Overall, we loved our stay and it began to feel like home. We would stay again!

Apartment is well located close to major tourists attractions such as Tapai 101, street markets and the elephant mountain. Also within walking distance of a public transit. Overall enjoyed my stay.

숙소의 위치가 지도상 두 지하철 사이였으나 충분히 걸어갈수있는 거리였고 타이베이101에 접근이 용이했습니다. 숙소는 깔끔했고 호스트는 항상 친절했습니다. 소음 문제는 없었습니다.

Gordon s house was comfortable and good for stay with sufficient amenities. Parking lot was available and the house was at good location. Gordon is a nice host. He replied and responded quickly .

you are 20 steps from a night market, 5 minutes from 101, 15 minutes walk to Dunhua. if you are familiar with Taipei you know it's a location. The place is cozy and easy to find. I do recommend it

Very good value for money, the apartment is actually accessible through a store. 3 flights of stairs to walk up and down, be strong ! The 3 rooms are independant and offer only a little bit of privacy. 2 of them don't have a window to outdoor. A few appliances need reparation, the owner now knows about it. The kitchen and equipment are super basic, but fine. One separated toilet where it's hard to stand and little space for the legs when seated. Another toilet is in the bathroom. The bathtub is not protected by any curtain, the shower handle not holding well. The highlight is the living room, very bright and spacious. We could not enjoy the terrace due to bad weather, which also showed the lack of insulation of the roof and the apartment in general. When it's 15°C outside, you feel the cold inside. The big window is oriented south and I believe it must be on the other hand really hot in sunny days. Anyway a very good place to spend a few nights in Taipei with my family, we enjoyed !

Smooth communications from day one and had a wonderful stay. The unit felt like home right away. I am always looking for a deal that carrys the quality and value instead of the lowest price. I will book this property again without any hasitation.

Sonam’s place was just as listed in the picture and very clean. The only thing that my parents were confused on was the tv situation. There is a tv but no local channels. Other than that everything was great. Sonam even let them check out later than 11am. Would definitely recommend.

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!
