Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

First thing is the pictures do not do the place justice. it's alot more roomy especially upstairs. plenty of space and bedding. The place was really clean, and very quiet.

Betsy’s place was just the retreat my friends and I needed. Private, quiet and adventurous walk to the beach. The house had some outdated appliances but everything was well kept and functioning. The only issue was the Airbnb not being cleaned by check in time. The housecleaner showed up late but she was professional and got right to work. Betsy was more than accommodating when she received the news and offered a refund on the cleaning fee. Betsy always communicated within a reasonable time making everything easy. 5/5 recommend this location. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Rob was a wonderful host and the Coasty Cabin was absolutely perfect for our annual best friend beach getaway! It takes a few minutes to walk to the ocean with miles of beach to explore or walk up to delicious coffee, donuts at LCDC, and sweet treats at My Petit Sweet. Make sure to eat the best French Toast in the world at the Wildflower Grill! The house was beyond warm and cozy, us and our dogs felt right at home immediately and always enjoyed resting there in front of the fireplace after long days of adventuring. The backyard is beautiful and fully fenced, which is a huge perk. This is the biggest city we've stayed at and it still felt peaceful and quiet the whole time. I'm just so happy we found this little piece of Heaven and can't wait to go back! Beautiful community, amazing food, and so many fun things to do nearby. My husband and I took our kiddos here for a little spring break vaca. The kids LOVED the short walk to the beach. There was provided wet suits and boards. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lots of extra towels and cozy home with comfy beds! There’s even sound machines for sleep in the rooms. The giant jetted tub is nice and we enjoyed that also. Scott is super responsive and helpful. Close to beach and shops. Love it! We would definitely book this place again.

Me and family spent the weekend here for my nieces quinceñera party, and the venue was super close just around the corner, we liked the location it was in the middle of town turn right or left and everything was close, market, coffe, gas. my kids had alot of fun playing video games and we tried to finish a Disney puzzle but we didn't have enough time, there was plenty of games and puzzles. we felt cozy perfect size home for our family. we would definitely recommend this home. to a family. We loved our stay here! It was perfect for a relaxing family weekend. Location is just unbeatable and the personal touches on the home made it feel so cozy . We loved playing some of the many games provided and found the beds and linens to be so comfortable and cozy! They also provide plenty of all the needed things from dish supplies to extra toilet paper and fresh towels and blankets, and even some fire wood! Would definitely stay here again!

Hot tub was clean crisp and fresh! Had guests over and there was plenty of space to hang out between the two couches and beanbag. Open space between living and dining room invited big conversations! The game room was greatly appreciated. Nice to have a well working smart TV in the bedrooms, game room, and living room!

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

A lovable little getaway spot with lots of places to work and enjoy the scenery. We really appreciate the furniture and desk space and lots of USB power ports all over the unit. A great place to be creative and write and work.

At first, I was hesitant to book this place due to some negative feedbacks concerning its upkeep and cleanliness. Perhaps the owners have answered them with corrective actions, and thus the place was amazingly clean and offered me a valuable vacay time with my family and pet. Will book again in future. Thanks!

This was our second stay here. We enjoy the comfortable surroundings and the ability to walk easily down to the bayfront of Florence. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is easy to get to. We will definitely stay again.

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

A favorite Airbnb in Florence. Perfect for when we head to the coast or a festival at the Florence Event Center. Two bedrooms are more than we need, but it's still very affordable, comfortable and in a perfect location.

This was one of the better Airbnbs that I have stayed at, it was an extremely reasonable price for all the amenities and cleanliness. There were great restaurants that were less than 10 minutes away. drive, and the beach was less than a 5-minute walk. Melanie is also a very responsive and understanding host, so easy to communicate with. I recommend this place to anyone, it was genuinely so beautiful.

Beautiful view. You are above the other buildings in the area so you get a great view of the ocean. Bed was comfy with lots of pillow choices. This is an upstairs unit so there are stairs, but thats why you have such a great view. Kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace is a nice cozy touch. We will be back!

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Wunderschöner Platz am Meer, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter..Es ist aber alles sauber, ordentlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated!
