The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

Need a private getaway retreat? 6 miles off I-90, Cave B is just a 2.5 hour drive from Seattle/Spokane. Enjoy a modern industrial space while being surrounded by the untouched natural elements. Start your retreat looking out the floor- to- ceiling windows at the winery vines and the Columbia River. Cuddle up on the comfy sofa to watch a movie on the flat screen and/or prepare a meal and watch the sunset. Explore wine tasting, concerts, and/or hiking trails all within walking distance.

The Cottage at Sugarloaf Vineyard

Sugarloaf Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage located in a very private setting on a Hilltop in the center of one of our vineyard's. Open concept home with outstanding views of the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains while only 10 minutes from Yakima and all services. There are several wineries within 5 minutes' drive. The cottage is in an area frequently used by road and mountain bikers and hikers. You will be welcome to walk the vineyards and around sheep pastures on the farm.
