Absolutely loved our stay here, the cottage its self was gorgeous and the space inside was a really great lay out and very spacious! The cottage had everything we needed as-well as the little extras that were complimentary, and overall Sheila has been a great host and I would recommend this place, we had an amazing stay here! We had an amazing stay. Spotlessly clean with quality furnishings and comfy beds. The location is beautiful and being enclosed is ideal for pets and children. We would love to stay again

The photos don’t do this place justice. It really is beautiful. Quaint, spacious, clean and tidy. Plenty of facilities such as vac, mop, washing machine, dryer, cleaning products etc. Kitchen is a lovely space to all sit together. Bedrooms were very spacious and room for clothes etc. Lovely nights sleep in comfortable beds. Central heating worked a treat with log fire in the room (we didn’t need to use) including other heaters. It is lovely and warm and cosy. The views and surrounding areas are lovely. We used the hot tub which was a lovely addition and worked well been outside the conservatory part. We were a family group of mixed ages and we would absolutely stay here again. Host was great with contact prior to arrival with flexible check in/out. Overall a brilliant stay and we’ve also said we would return.

Fantastic cottage and location is to die for. I have got to say David and Barbara have a jewel here. Claire has communicated everything we needed and answered every question we had. Again fantastic. Highly recommend this place. Thanks and hope to return

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Cottage. We loved that it was a fully detached house surrounded by beautiful countryside. In the mornings we would watch the birds and squirrels with the supplied spotter scope and I would top up the bird feeders. The house was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped - probably the most well-equipped kitchen we've even been to. We will definitely visit again :)

We had a lovely stay at the stable block, it was perfect for us. We only stayed the one night, but we were made welcome, it’s a lovely property, and very comfortable. It’s a stones through from everything, and we had a beautiful meal on Michelle’s recommendation. Communication was brilliant, and we had a friendly welcome. I would highly recommend, and would return.

Charming country cottage well located to explore North Yorkshire. The host, Lucy is friendly, responsive and gave us good recommendations around the area.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

Great place with amazing views!

Great little cottage in a beautiful village. We knew the place well already. It's a short stroll to a couple of great pubs and restaurants. The place itself was warm, cosy, and quiet. Comfy beds. Would definitely book again.

We stayed at Robin's place for 2 nights and loved it from the first minute we entered the house. The fireplace and cozy living room made our stay. Thank you, Robin. We'll come again in the future :)

The second we put the key in the door we knew we were in for a treat. Walking into the huge kitchen with a table fit for The Waltons and the highest kitchen ceiling we’ve ever seen. Then on into the wonderfully spacious living room with beams and a log burner and sofas so comfy and roomy, we felt immediately relaxed. Beautiful fields with cows, horse riders passing by and the only sounds were birdsong. One of our favourite air bnbs to date. We didn’t want to leave! Our old boy pooch was very contented pottering round the lovely garden and sunbathing. Thank you Victoria for letting us stay

This was perfect for me, my sisters and my mum. Parking directly outside the house. Fabulous restaurants within a short walk (less than 5 minutes). Views straight onto the bay. Never stayed in saltburn by sea before and it had so much to offer. Great base for visiting Whitby, robin hoods bay, Staithes. Dog friendly beach on your doorstep and surfing! Brilliant weekend.

Great, quiet location within walking distance of local attractions. Great host - clear and straight forward check in details and quick, responsive and helpful throughout stay.

Willow Cottage was outstanding. we cannot fault this accommodation. I highly recommend a stay here, we were not disappointed. The cottage was warm, comfortable, well equipped and stylish. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for your hospitality.

We loved our stay in Carlton and will definitely be returning. John and Amanda are great hosts - they made us feel so welcome; there was even homemade cake and beautiful homemade soap on arrival! They made a point of welcoming us at the start, and saying goodbye at the end. Carlton is a great place - we are even considering a move there!

Sarah is by far the best host we have ever had. we have used Air b and b for 5 years. Sarah is very accomadating to any issue arising and communicates very well. Saltburn is a lovelly place to go and the house is within a few minutes walk into the centre so very convenient We have been 4 times and always a pleasure to stay at her house.

Great place to stay, did exactly what we were looking for for a lads' weekend. 7 of us so loads of beds and plenty of space in the living area (photos make it look a bit smaller than it is) with a well equipped kitchen. Would have been comfortable with 10. Great facilities, well cleaned. Shame about the weather otherwise we'd have made use of the decking - great outdoor space.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay in Redcar for a a family wedding! Very clean and tidy through out with all the amenities that we needed. The downstairs double bedroom was ideal for my mum who has mobility issues and the house itself is very accessible with lots of space and wide doorways. The beds were very comfortable and we even ended buying the same pillows when we got home because we loved them so much! Thank you Jan for a lovely stay. Kind regards Steffan
