A lovely, cozy cottage perfect for a couple’s getaway. Homey decor, very comfortable bed, decent water pressure and a wonderful little kitchen with pans and utensils needed for home cooked meals. We had a wonderful time feeling at home and comfortable here. The host is friendly and responsive and gave very easy and clear instructions for arrival and departure. Would definitely stay here again.

The lake house was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning and entirely relaxing. We went for a thirtieth birthday wine weekend in April and it was so much fun. The location was prime location on Seneca Lake, close to Herman J Wiemer, Toast, and Magnus Ridge. It is a prime location on the Seneca lake. We adored the hot tub and it comfortably fit 5 of us, maybe even 6-7 . We used the fire pit, the patio, and all amenities. When showering, we advise only one going at a time due to shifting in temperature. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive to all of our messages! Thanks again for a great first time in the finger lakes. We’d love to come back. The house is spacious and very homey with plenty of cooking supplies available.

Anthony’s place was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! Super convenient location to all of the wineries we wanted to visit. We loved Ports Cafe for dinner 2 min away. The view was incredible and the hot tub was such an amazing addition to our evenings at the house. Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. Will be returning! Thanks!!

Location, location, location! Right on the water, hot tub was great, comfortable place and it was just perfect for us. We loved the local wineries and other activities and it was so nice to come back to that beautiful lake view at the end of the day. Thanks so much Nick and Chrissy! Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We had a great time at Diane's place. Diane and Tom gave us a warm welcome and were very responsive and communicative before and during our stay. They also had plenty of recommendations on things to do. The hot tub was a major plus! Overall, would highly recommend if you're planning to stay in the area. We primarily went to visit Watkins Glen, which was just about 20 minutes away.

Really cool spot, enjoyed the walk to the lake and the hot tub. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

Beautiful location, house was just the right size, my sisters and I had a great time despite the rain and chilly temperatures. Loved that the house was right on the water.

Lovely place right on Seneca Lake. I was here with a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for us. Nicely designed and very cozy with the fire!

Marie’s place was great. Just like the photos, clean space and very clear instructions for everything. 6 people no problem and cooked dinner a couple times. Right on the water. Very easy to get to. Just a couple stairs from the road

We don’t have enough words for how much we loved our stay! It had a little bit of every possible thing we could ask for during a fall stay for our mini-moon!! We fished, we hiked, we kayaked, we had a bonfire, went in the sauna everyday- perfect! The home is better than the pictures! We can’t wait to visit their home again :)

Cottage number 2.: The cottages are located within a very nice campground on Seneca Lake. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and delivered firewood.The Cottage has a private lakefront with a dock which is separate from the campground. The water is clear and shallow. I would recommend bringing supportive shoes to walk up and down the staircase to the lake. The location is absolutely amazing. It is in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. There is lots to do nearby such as child and dog friendly wineries , breweries and an impressive creamery. The campsite cottage is actually off of a road to an interesting winery on the lake. It was full of historical information- they engaged my 10 yr old by asking him questions about the home and what he noticed- pointing out facts such as the tax on windows in the 1800’s. Bring all of your creature comforts from home. Jared is wonderful and responsive. We planned accordingly from reviews- didn’t have any leash law issues. Close to state parks

Jesse’s cottage was super cozy. It felt like our home away from home. The location was in a pretty central spot. we weren’t far from any of the wineries. The backyard view of the lake was stunning. We would definitely stay at Jesse’s cottage again.

Once again Bryan’s place was great. Amazing views on the water, beautifully maintained and close to everything we love to do when we come up to the area. Looking forward to another stay in the future for our anniversary. Highly recommended. James and Jennifer

We went for a wine tasting weekend. The cottage is central on Seneca Lake. Although not on the lake, you can walk to the lake. We had our eerie with us and there was a small fenced in dog park across the street which was great. The cottage was nicely decorated. Also, basics such as pans, paper towels, baggies, etc were well stocked. It’s a great place for 2- 4 people.

Loved our stay! Sleeping in the boathouse is totally worth the stairs to the main cottage. You can feel and see the family history in the main cottage. Elfi is a great host and we got exactly what she described. will totally stay again when in the area.

My husband and two adult sons stayed with me. Plenty of space! Charming cottage. Chabby Chic decor very cute. Full laundry. Master bedroom located behind galley bathroom. We mostly alerted each other when we needed to block off access. Quirky and no problem for a family. Small breakfast nook in kitchen w 3 chairs. AC units and box fan kept it cool in July. Huge field of chest high wildflowers right next door! Grace helped us adjust our stay quite easily. Great fast communicator! All cottages on Seneca Lake have occasional spider or beetle, and this no exception, so we coexisted. It *is* in the country! We were visiting family but if you want wineries this is PERFECTLY sited close to many. ADA: Step up into kitchen, two bedrooms up flight of stairs. 3rd bedroom (queen) only accessible through 2nd bedroom, must leave door between open to get AC. [2nd bedroom (single bed) really a loft w no door so please note if you have small children]. Highly Recommend!

Such a sweet cottage in a beautiful area on Keuka Lake! We enjoyed having dinner and soaking up the sun on the deck, swimming in the lake, and sitting by a campfire at night. Moving in/out and accessing the lake was very easy with just a couple of steps either way. The backyard was perfect for yard games. Plenty of parking, and Beth was great! The view is spectacular! I would love to stay here again.

Happy place is a fantastic place for quiet getaway for family and friends. there are lots of things to do in town, restaurants, antiques, wineries etc. short ride to everything. Great swimming, kayaking fishing off the dock. really perfect.

Highly recommend this beautiful, updated cottage on the lake!! We have 3 boys who love to swim, there was a private dock to jump off, plenty of space to swim, kayak and relax. Would recommend bringing water shoes. The cottage is so spacious and comfortable. Both a front and back porch, which were perfect for meals together. We really enjoyed this space and can’t recommend it enough for families. Charles is a great host and has quite literally thought of everything.

One of the best Airbnbs. location was great. The backyard had direct access to the lake, there was a fire put, barbeque grill, there was nothing missing and we had everything we needed. We took a 2 wheeler vehicle so we needed some help when it snowed and thr host was super responsive and had someone come over to plow the snow right away. I will definitely come back in the summers!!!

Nice spot right on the lake. Beautiful views. House is perfect for up to eight people. A bit dusty and could have been a bit cleaner. Maybe a note for the cleaning crew. The host is wonderful and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Location is near several wineries and close to Watkins glen.

We loved the house! We’ve never been around the finger lakes and decided to go on a wine tour. Lauren was so responsive and sent everything to us ahead of time so we didn’t even have to ask. There was SO MUCH ROOM! We joked about the large number of outlets, but it was perfect when we all needed a place to charge various things and plug in crockpots! We loved the pool, even though it was too cold outside for us to enjoy it. The lake is beautiful and it’s a quiet and peaceful house to stay in. Couldn’t recommend this home and hosts enough!!
