Clean, comfortable, and convenient. We love the beach & walk in water area. We rented a boat and the dock worked great to secure it. We ate most meals at the cottage & found everything we needed in the kitchen and used the dishwasher daily. It was terrific to have a washer/dryer. The porch was used for eating, games, cards, & relaxing. We used the yard for corn hole & games. Lori was friendly & responsive. We would rent again.

Jeanne’s place was beautiful and very comfortable. Easy access to many wineries and great restaurants.

The house was perfect for us. Easy access and great amenities provided. Dwight and Amy were very responsive and are great hosts!

Beautiful second floor very spacious unit Although the bathroom is extremely narrow and small. You will need to be able to climb the 20 stairs to get to unit. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Spacious, coffee maker, Brita water maker, all newer type appliances. The unit is one big open narrow space. Decor is very simple modern, we loved the vibe! (See pictures) There is a room divider to give the master bed area some privacy. There are two twin beds in the “living room” area for extra places to sleep. A nice big dining table was nice. The price is a bit high for only having one bathroom. We enjoyed being in town and were able to walk everywhere. The host is very responsive. Had no issues.

We had a great stay here! David was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place was beautiful and very well taken care of. The lake front location was beautiful! The photos don't do it justice. We all really enoyed sitting on the porch and the dock enjoying the spectacular views! The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Hope to go back again!

We stayed at Brian’s place around this same time last year. The cottage has everything you need and Brian is a great host, hence why we came back! We have nothing but good things to say and could go on and on. Beautiful view, plenty of amenities offered such as the grill, fire pit, kayaks, plenty of kitchenware, washer and dryer access, etc. When we come here it’s like we never left. We cannot wait to be back next year! Thank you for your great hospitality and communication Brian!

My girlfriend and I were in Penn Yan for a wedding. Paulina’s place was in a great location quick drive to downtown and the lake. We were only a single couple but there is plenty of room for two couples; the unit is overall spacious, two large bedrooms, 3/4 bath + additional 1/2 bath. Good value, I would recommend.

We’re definitely staying here again! The apartment was clean and spacious, and if we had any questions, they were answered right away. Everything was within walking distance as the apartment was in a great location, and if you had to drive to any of the wineries/breweries/distilleries, they were all within a reasonable distance. Thank you!

The house was clean, easy to find, and modern. Comfortable furniture and hot tub was a great addition to our trip. The house is located 10 minutes from downtown and there’s some awesome off roading trails and snowmobiling trails near by. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back!

The view is breathtaking! We came here for a little getaway and to explore the finger lakes. It was hard to leave the house. We liked this location because it was an easy trip to wineries on Seneca and Keuka. The kitchen has everything you need and is clearly labeled. Plenty of games that we used. Think this space would be great for two couples or a family getaway.

We only spent a few nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The house met or exceeded every expectation we had. Catharine was friendly and responsive, even made sure we had arrived safely. I specifically chose this house because the views of the lake and this house did not disappoint. Spectacular! The house is extremely clean, well appointed, and Catharine even had holiday decorations throughout (we rented for a long weekend just before Christmas. So many tasting room options, local dining options, and things to do in the Seneca Lake area. Looking forward to a return visit to this or one of Catharine’s other rentals in this same area. You won’t regret renting this cottage!

Lovely weekend getaway. Cozy stay inside and outside. Visited our favorite wineries. Nice quiet walks. Rained a lot but that didn’t matter with wood burning stove inside. His house offers everything to able to just bring yourself, clothes and food.

Due time was a great choice for the Finger Lakes. House was even better than we expected and well appointed. Would love to stay in the summer when we could take advantage of all the amenities. As it was it was perfect for our family Easter Break wine tour. Definitely would stay here again!!

Absolutely perfect rental. The house was extremely clean. Very comfortable beds. Gorgeous view even on a rainy weekend! Close to many wineries and restaurants and a short drive to Geneva. The price was better than many as well. I would absolutely rent this property again!

We had a wonderful stay and really loved the house. I really loved that all bedrooms were lake front and had large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The house was also very clean and well maintained. Diana was a great host and provided information in advance. I had one question when we arrived and she responded almost immediately. It was a great experience.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

We really loved staying at John's place. Everything was clean, felt new and was as described. The place really reflected John and Anna's great care and thoughtfulness. Loved sitting by the pond outside for our morning coffee, listening to the birds and drinking in the scenery. It really was lovely and wonderful!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the nightly rate for the time that we stayed was worth it.
