We were very comfortable and appreciated how open, clean, and easy the space was. Nachman was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Super close to everything and very walkable. Everything matched the description. Was easy to get into. Very much enjoyed staying here on my solo trip. Check out instructions were not clear besides the time. Other than that 10/10 would recommend!

I had a wonderful, easy stay at this cute little apartment. Parking was essential for me, as I was in the area for work and had to load and unload my vehicle daily, so that was a huge plus. The place was clean and simple, and the mattress was super comfortable. Also, the location was central to the needs of my business. I would rent this space again.

This was my very first airbnb i have ever stayed in. Went to Philadelphia to take my daughters to The Sturniolo Triplets tour The Airbnb was exactly the same as described. Very beautiful place! Had a wonderful experience…

The aesthetic of Eli’s place is sooooo cute. I loved hanging out in the Airbnb, it felt so cozy. The walls are a little thin and on Saturday night the neighbors were a little rowdy but nothing crazy. For the price and the location I would recommend this place to anyone visiting and needing a cute place to sleep and utilize the kitchen.

We had a fantastic three-night stay during a squash tournament. The apartment felt luxurious, just as shown in the photos and description. My family loved the space and appreciated the well-thought-out decor. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay - the apartment is spacious and in an excellent condition and we appreciated the many little extras like Toiletries and sweets! Very handy being so close to the train station and near Aldi, and very walkable to visit our daughter on the UPenn campus. Great communication too and we appreciated being able to drop our luggage off early. Thanks very much!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

This is the second place we've stayed in owned by Anthony and he was an excellent host once again. Always responsive and very friendly. The place accommodated 6 of us perfectly and is an easy short commute to the Greater Philadelphia Convention Center where we were attending an event. Comfortable beds, living area, and well-equipped kitchen. If we attend the event in the future, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again. Thanks again, Anthony!

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

matthew's place iwas amazing. it is very close to the city center. the neighborhood is very quiet and very good place to rest. the place also amazing. all the amanities was there with an extras so we dont need to find here and there. the check out instructions was easy for us with a very large group of people. very recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby’s place! Bobby was very informative and responsive, which made the whole experience smoothly from start to finish. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. I also loved that I was able to bring my dog along—this made me feel even more at home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail. For my next visit to PA, I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

The house we stayed at was great, very clean and getting in was a breeze. We were able to park around the corner all weekend and there are spaces available in close proximity. With just being us girls and not being there before the area was very walkable and we felt safe. Natasha made it very easy to get in and out of the apartment. Would absolutely go back!

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

This was the perfect spot for South Philly - it's walkable to Passyunk square and easy access to Center City.

We had a group of friends and family that stayed here for the Philly half marathon. It was very spacious, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. It was a great location, walking distance to the art museum and there were also lots of restaurants in the area as well. We had trouble unlocking the door when we first arrived and Swida was very responsive and able to help us get in. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay at an affordable price. Th apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood had a nice small park and great restaurants and coffee shops. We would stay again.
