A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Pear Tree Cottage is a bright, south-facing recently renovated detached former barn located in the heart of the friendly village of Barby. Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Both properties benefit from being setback from the road and surrounded by well-kept gardens and mature trees offering peace and privacy.
