Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con desayuno incluido en Yogyakarta City

Awalnya sempat khawatir, takut panas,takut byk nyamuk dan anak2 ga bakal betah.. ternyata walaupun tdk ada AC hanya kipas besar diatas ditiap kamar, tiap saya tidur sih nyenyak dan ga keringetan, dan walaupun terbuka tapi tidak ada nyamuk sama sekali pdhl banyak tanaman,hanya serangga2 kecil,tokek,dll.. Overall saya dan keluarga menikmati menginap di Teak House.. Wifi kencang dan Water Heater oke,jg kopi, teh, mie instan jg air minum pasti tersedia.. Fast respon krn yg menjaga Bu Indri beserta suami tinggal dekat skali dgn kita.. Hanya minus AC dan TV yang memang tdk aktif saja.. Saya sekeluarga betah dan nyaman tinggal di Teak House, Terima kasih

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer genauso wie beschrieben/abgebildet. Einziges Manko ist die Lautstärke, mit guten Ohrenstöpseln aber auch das kein Problem. An unserem letzten Tag gab ein ein kleines Problem mit der Elektrik, wodruch eine Lampe und die Steckdosen in unserem Zimmer nicht mehr funktionierten. Uns wurde direkt angeboten, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln könnten und als kleine Entschädigung gab es am nächsten Tag sogar noch zwei Donuts. Zuckersüße Inhaberin!

Ibu Siska’s place is very conveniently located for language schools/universities and restaurants. Her helper comes everyday so the place is spotless and she will do laundry for you. I sometimes wish I had more privacy, but that’s not Siska’s fault, that’s just the nature of living in a homestay style accommodation. If you don’t mind being audible and/or visible to other people in the house most of the time, this place is perfect.

Had a nice stay. Daniel and family were very kind. Got to wash my clothes and hung them up overnight.

Super séjour. Lotissement très agréable et conforme aux photos. Personnel accueillant et serviable qui donne des conseils et aide à organiser notre séjour si besoin. Le logement est très bien placé. Le fait de pouvoir laisser ses bagages à l’accueil après le Check-out est très pratique pour profiter une dernière fois de la ville avant le départ. Je recommande fortement.

Fonie looked after us very well, preparing delicious breakfasts whatever time suited us each morning, and cleaning the room every day. The room is a little dark, but very comfortable and spacious. The location is convenient, very central.

Billy's place was really cozy, clean and we really enjoying our stay. Thanks to Ibu Ibnu who served us very well during our stay.

Very clean room and private bathroom for the price and very close to the train station. The staff was very kind and was able to help with any questions we had!

Lokasi dan kamarnya sangat nyaman, bersih, dan hosts-nya juga sangat ramah dan membantu. Sangat sesuai ekspektasi. Sepertinya akan jadi langganan tempat menginap kalau ke Jogja lagi. Kalau bawa kendaraan, ada garasi yang cukup untuk parkir motor dan mobil.

Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und fanden auch das indonesische Frühstück jeden Morgen super lecker und konnten sehr viele unterschiedliche Sachen probieren. Amaire hat uns jeden Morgen freundlich in der Küche empfangen und das Frühstück erklärt sowie uns sehr geholfen bei der Planung von Unternehmungen. Wir haben am Ende sogar noch eine Nacht verlängert, weil die Stadt super viel zu bieten hat und uns die Unterkunft sehr gefallen hat. Wir würden immer wieder gerne hier übernachten.

Très bon accueil : petits gâteaux et eau fraiche nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Ifa nous a accueillies avec le sourire et empressement. Le logement est très propre : espace commun, cuisine (eau potable à disposition et tri sélectif), sanitaires. Ifa propose de changer les draps (sur demande, plus de 5 jours). La chambre comporte deux ventilateurs, ce qui permet de dormir relativement au frais. L'espace commun (divisé en parties : salle à manger et salon) dispose également de 2 ventilateurs, très appréciables après une ballade en ville ! Ifa est prête à répondre à toutes vos questions, en direct quand on la voit, via le site AirBNB sinon, et chaque fois très rapidement. Elle prend le temps de trouver des réponses concrètes et intéressantes pour nous. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et très bon, typique indonésien. Un jus de fruit le midi nous suffisait pour ne pas avoir faim avant 18h. Toutes les conditions d'accueil devraient être comme celles d'Ifa, nous le recommandons à 100%.
