Great home. Central location, trail is walking distance through a community garden. Everything is easy, host graciously responded to all our questions and requests. Kitchen is amazing and we had everything we needed. Family friendly and Pet friendly. Thanks for having us!

Easy check in and check out process. Host was very friendly and responsive and was grateful that they welcomed our cats! Great spot if you just want to spend a night from driving and stay in an area that was safe and quiet.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

It was a perfect place to stay! Located right by good restaurants shopping and in a private little area. The home had everything we needed and especially had a fenced in backyard since we had our two corgis with us . I will be sure to recommend them to family and friends will come to visit. Alfonso was definitely a great host. The place was nice and very clean once I arrived. Any questions that I had we was there to answer within minutes. I'd definitely book with him again if his place is available when I come back to visit

Lovely home in a perfect location.

Loved the house! It was even nicer than the photos! The home has a beautiful screened in back porch which was such a treat. The location was perfect too - - we could walk to everything. Gabriel was very responsive. Highly recommend! 😀

I absolutely love this space. I have stayed here multiple times and every time is a great experience super close to all the wonderful things about downtown Sacramento Lane is awesome.

Everything was very good and as described. It didn’t impact the rating, but I would have appreciated some flexibility on the check in time. We arrived a few hours early, which I communicated in advance. I was told early check in would be accommodated if possible. It was not possible and the door wasn’t opened until 4 on the dot. Not a minute early. There was no reason to accommodate our early arrival, I guess that didn’t work with the cleaning schedule.

The Flat/Studio was amazing, super clean and felt like home. to be honest, the pictures dont so this place justice because its truly better in person. the place has alot of windows so it gets good sunlight, not to mention that its surrounded be beautiful trees. David was very responsive, flexible and a great host. next time Im back in the city, I am definitely staying here again. 🙌

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

The condo in Silverado resort was beautifully appointed and spotless. Our host was friendly and responsive and made our stay a delight. The location along the fairway provided a great view and very relaxing. We’d stay again without hesitation!

Our stay was perfect for our need - attendance at a two day conference. The apt was spotless and comfortable. Only a mildly noisy - probably students - neighbor next door but sound diminished immediately when I knocked on bedroom wall :-) at 11pm.

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

As an Airbnb member for over 8-10 years with many stays between me and my wife’s account from all over the world. This is one of our most favorite homes in the world. The tranquility, cleanliness, and comfort felt here is one if a kind. Everything was as described. Host was not a bother at all. The check in was smooth. Parking is a breeze. Neighbors are extremely friendly. The home is definitely made for a luxury experience and with the guests peace of mind put forward. Bathroom is spacious, the kitchen is beautiful and the living areas are very comfortable with stunning views of the golf course. 100 out of 10 rating. Book this aribnb without a second question. Robyn’s place was perfect for our visit to Golden 1 to watch the Kings play. It was easy access to the arena, safe, clean, and quiet. Would stay there again!
