We are in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with plenty of free parking. Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.

The building at 32 post road dates back to 1850. The Guest House Apartment is a lot newer! We wanted to share this wonderful building and location with guests from around the world, so we converted some of the barn to an adorable guest house. It is a perfect combination of modern conveniences while maintaining some historical charm.
