A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

The Barn in Lititz (4bd, 1bath, great for groups)

Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. Come and go as you please with your own private entrance and parking lot. We are excited to show you why we love it here!

Silver Maple Studio

A true get-away. Enjoy this secluded refuge nestled on 12 acres in southern PA woodlands. This Studio is ONE room (1,100 sq. ft.) with one queen & one fold out full/double murphy bed. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen or on an outside grill. Follow the hiking paths through the woods or dip in our pond to the chorus of the bull frogs. Spend your mornings under the big old Silver Maple while spotting birds and wildlife. Perfect for star gazing with little to no light pollution. (Remote!)

The Urban Equine-pet friendly w/off street parking

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

Cottage at JoValley Farm

A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. We are following all state and AirBnB standards for cleaning and sanitizing.

This cottage was once the washhouse for the adjoining 1790's farmhouse and has been recently renovated into a cozy retreat, overlooking the quiet fields and rolling mountains of Boiling Springs. The queen bed in the loft and double bed in the back room offers flexibility for a quick getaway or long-term stays. Head to the private deck for a meal and view of the sunset in the evening. Carlisle is just up the road and Harrisburg is only a 25-minute drive. Come and be refreshed.

Cozy One-Bedroom Loft tucked behind our ranch-style home. Located Above a garage in Elizabethtown with Sauna Relax in this private Loft, featuring a queen bedroom and pull-out couch. Inside the Loft enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. With a private entrance and peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect retreat. Close to local attractions in Elizabethtown and Hershey, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Hilltop Guesthouse

This secluded guesthouse is the perfect place to land. It's peaceful, with deer in the meadow in the evenings, amongst other wildlife. There's nearby access to the Enola Low Grade Trail that runs along the beautiful Susquehanna River & Shenk's Ferry Wildflower Preserve is a 10 minute drive. When you want to venture out for food you can find Lancaster City a 20 minute drive away, filled to the brim with incredible restaurants & cafe's.
