We have stayed at this location 2 years in a row. It's great if you would like to be at the beach but away from the crowd near the boardwalk of VA Beach. It's great for families. 1.5 blocks to beach and beach is very open rather than congested. I highly recommend staying here and we will book again in 2025.

We enjoyed our time at the house and will be back! A great location for relaxing while also being close to great restaurants and activities. The access to the beach is fantastic, very close. We loved the beach chairs and boogey boards and sand toys too. The bathrooms and spacious and beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped.

We got a combined two floor apartment (end unit so it was very private) with plenty of space for each of my friends to have their own beds. The back porch and patio were very private and had a beautiful view of the backyard. I would highly recommend this listing!

My family and I stayed two nights to go to Busch Gardens and the location was great. Less than 20 minutes from the park. The room was just as described with tons of room. It was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend for anyone especially families. There was lots for the kids to do on the grounds and we felt very safe there. Christian was a great host very responsive.

This house was perfect for our last minute trip plans , we were only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach which was perfect for my family and I... Would most definitely stay again 😊

This is a great place for a getaway to the Virginia Beach area. Easily walkable to the beach and with a large kitchen and living room area. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 6. It’s an easy drive to Virginia Beach proper and to restaurants and other activities.

When we walked in it felt so peaceful. From the calming music playing to the beautifully arranged home. Everything was within 15 mins or less and I appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again. If I could give her 20 stars I would’ve.

This is a fantastic listing in a great location! We loved the close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and nearby grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The resort has 2 outdoor pools (one is adults only), outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a rec building with ping pong, craft room and many other amenities (perfect if you happen to hit a rainy day). Our unit was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Our 4 grand daughters loved the deck (upper unit) and the patio (lower unit). Our host was very quick in responding to our questions and provided clear, easy check in instructions. Perfect vacation getaway that kids will enjoy!

We loved staying at Lynn's place. It had a beach theme inside, which really gave you the vibe that you were on vacation. The extremely short walk to the beach plus parking space was awesome! It was also very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! We were happily surprised at how spacious and beautiful the inside of the condo was. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids! We didn't feel piled on top of each other--everyone had their own bed and no one had to fight for the bathroom. It was so close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants, and, most importantly, conveniently located to Busch Gardens which was the reason we came to Williamsburg. We would highly recommend Debbie's place to others coming to Williamsburg!

A pleasant stay in a great location! We stayed three nights, woke up to a nice view of the blooming azaleas and the pond. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water. Everything was as described. Thank you Brenda!

Our group of friends were in Cape Charles for a wedding. The house was exactly as described and large enough to accommodate our party of 12. The house was clean and spacious. My only suggestion would be better communication. We contacted Mary about a few issues and which she never responded. Overall it did not impact our stay and I would likely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and quiet. We sat on the balcony off the master bedroom and watched the sunset over Little Creek most nights. It would have nice if at least one cupboard was empty so we could store our groceries so we had to do some rearranging

This is located in a Hilton vacation resort. Registration and check in were friendly and helpful. Resort communicated daily by text to make sure we were enjoying our visit. Location is close to all of the attractions in Williamsburg. We would stay here again.

Easy checkin, food options close, really cool place and felt safe parking vehicle on side street. Washer and dryer and comfy master bedroom. Had a slight issue with sugar ants on the counter tops but that’s a hard thing to control on their end. Enjoyed the living room and balcony. Thank you for letting us enjoy your spot.

My family and I had an amazing trip to Virginia Beach and loved Stephanie's rental. The rental made us feel at home, it was extremely clean and had plenty of room for all of us; not just bedroom or bathroom space but the kitchen area and family room were very accommodating. There were so many amenities I didn't have to buy a whole lot to prepare for the trip. Stephanie was extremely responsive and fast if I had questions or needed assistance. She was great at taking care of us. I really appreciate how well she takes care of her guests. We hope to come back in a few years and stay again! Thank you for everything!

Beach themed and perfect since the beach is right across the street. Fun house to grill in the back yard and enjoy family time. Quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again soon. Host is very friendly and responsive. There are a lot of stairs, but such a beautiful and peaceful home.
