The Garden Room at Warren House is a beautiful bijou studio suite with stunning views of Littondale deep in the Yorkshire Dales with lots of walks right on the doorstep. Small but perfectly formed we try to provide everything you need for a relaxing break in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Redmire Barn - 1711 Dales barn (Near Grassington)

Redmire Barn is a recently converted traditional Dales Barn. The property has been appointed to a high standard and incorporates many original features. This stylish barn contains a large, cosy living area including a multifuel stove, a smart TV and even an antique bar-billiards table. The property benefits from a sun terrace as well as access to a large South facing riverside garden with fire pit & hammock. Hawkswick lies within the unspoilt picturesque Littondale valley in Upper Wharfedale.

We have built this Pullman style railway carriage and sighted it over looking the old Nidd Valley railway line that runs through the farm. He’s 24ft by 9ft with shower, toilet, kitchen, heating... in fact everything you will need for a stay away. We have reclaimed many railway items including the four handles, luggage rack, lamps, signs and much more. He is authentic as he can be. Outside is a covered area overlooking wonderful Dales view, open topped wood fired hot tub, seating and table.

Experience the peace and tranquillity, watch the stars through the star gazing window; enjoy the views across Widdale Beck to the fells beyond and delight in watching red squirrels in nearby trees. Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.
