Excellent places to eat nearby. Only 20 minutes by car to the seaside town of Aberystwyth, a wide promenade with breathtaking view of Cardigan Bay.

Cilcain is a small, but well-appointed new cottage, next door to, but detached from, our old farm cottage. Set in peaceful surroundings, with views. Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

Hen Efail - Old Smithy

Recommended by the Sunday Times (12.09.21), Hen Efail is close to Cors Caron (the largest raised bog in Britain), the Cambrian Mountains and only 30 minutes' drive to the beautiful Ceredigion coastline. Its village location means it is only a short walk to independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Hen Efail has spacious rooms, yet maintains a cozy country feel with exposed beams/stonework and wood burning stove. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and pets.

A cottage set in the idyllic Welsh countryside. The open plan kitchen/diner leads through to a seating area with wood burning stove. A separate downstairs lounge contains the original oven/stove and has a large window seat providing beautiful views across the valley. Aberdar is perfect for getting away from it all and provides a great base for walking, bird watching or exploring the picturesque counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

The Pod at Gwarcae

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings at this peaceful pod in the Welsh Hills, just over a mile outside Devils Bridge, which is famous for its waterfalls. The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door. The Pod is cosy and the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet countryside and beautiful dark skies, whilst also having plenty of interesting things to do and see in the local area.

Glovers cottage: private hot tub and super king

Glovers Cottage is without doubt something unique. As you enter you will be struck by the space and the overwhelming character of this detached building. The owner has deliberately left the barn open-plan for guests to appreciate the huge A-frame beams and stonework. A feature handmade bed sits on the first level as you enter, and this area leads down two steps to the flagstone floor.
