Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Anna à Playa del Carmen pour clôturer notre roadtrip mexicain . Anna avait tout préparé pour notre arrivée. Elle a été super pour notre accueil, pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous proposer des activités. L’appartement est top avec sa terrasse, la cuisine est hyper bien équipée. La résidence est un oasis dans la ville. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Pike and Hillary have gone way beyond any possible expectations! They are such kindhearted and warm people, part of a beautiful family. The location is perfect - walkable to go to the center, but far enough to be in peace, enjoying the beautiful garden and relaxing on a hammock while cuddling their beautiful dogs. They made available bikes free of charge to make the commute to the center even easier. The accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. It has everything we need, and more: a comfortable bed, a fan, a functional kitchen with equipment such as a blender and a coffee machine, and a bathroom with shampoo, conditional, and shower gel. They also made available bed sheets and towels (and beach towels). The WiFi connection is stable, and they made available to us some options for excursions and tours (although they were best placed to help finding the right options and discover this beautiful island). Don’t hesitate a second! Pike and Hillary are the best hosts.

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. View is great from balcony. It is close to downtown and ferry. It is short Taxi ride to international cruise pier and you will be able to see Cruises docking in port next to apartment every other day too.

숙소는 깨끗하고 아늑했습니다! Jorge는 친절하고, 궁금한 점들을 신속하게 응답해줍니다! 필요한 가구들과 수납공간이 매우 넉넉합니다! 침실, 화장실, 거실, 주방은 깔끔하고 유용합니다! 위치도 시내에서 가깝고 숙소는 도로변 근처라 안전합니다! 월마트와 빨래방 등이 인근에 있어서 매우 유용했습니다! 추천합니다:)

Amazing stay in a prime location. It’s in the center of the north side of the island , but tucked away. Everything went smooth and was perfect for us! Only slight issue was with wifi being spotty. Great spot overall and Marcia was so kind and helpful during our stay!

Excelente ubicación, buena comunicación por parte del anfitrión, Edson y su papá estuvieron pendiente de nuestra llegada. La casa estaba ordenada y limpia cuando llegamos, la alberca está limpia. Es una buena opción para hospedarse en Playa del Carmen.

Julio was such a great host. Incredibly responsive and friendly. The location is amazing, it’s very private and peaceful. The unit itself is a little rustic but that doesn’t matter when you have a private beach and cenote to visit all on site.

Un departamento muy bonito. El patio es muy agradable para descansar y el balcón para desayunar. La zona esta excelente.

El lugar muy cómodo y limpio, la ubicación es excelente, tiene una playa muy bonita. La alberca está muy bonita con una vista hermosa del mar. Amplio estacionamiento. Todo estuvo increible

Everything as expected. Clean. There's street parking (free) right in front of the apartment. Check in was easy, Josue was waiting for me when I arrived.

Todo excelente, el departamento es precioso con todas las comodidades, cerca de restaurantes y muy accesible. Estuvieron muy atentos a lo que necesitara.

Gran lugar y ubicación

Apparemment très sympa, bien agencé avec un rooftop très sympa ! Une jolie vue mer Très bien équipé, hôte réactif et attentionné. Je recommande !

Très bon emplacement , parking gratuit c’est vrai que c’est un peu vieillot mais l’emplacement , et la vue vous feront vite oublier ce détail !

Hotel Babel was absolutely beautiful. Fair warning, the location is not great if you do not have some kind of rental car or reliable transportation, there isn't any walking infrastructure and it's on the rough side of town... Overall, they were very proactive in communication, even when our plunge pool needed repairs.

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.

Great spot. The place itself was extremely clean and decorated very cute. Was in walking distance of cute bars and restaurants
