The place was exactly as advertised—spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The fast internet and blackout curtains were perfect for working at night. Its strategic location, just a short drive from Royal Duty Free and boardwalk, made everything convenient. The host was also very responsive. Highly recommended!

Overall, the room was great! Very spacious and clean. Great internet connection. TV has Netflix. The place was very near to the Triathlon Event which is very convenient especially to the family members who will support the athletes. We will definitely book this place again on my next Subic race.

the place is beautiful, clean, great and restful. The toilet is clean. There are close restaurants and banchetto near the shore. There are many parking spaces. I suggest, the dining chairs need to be replaced because it's old and already damaged, can't be used. definitely I will check in again.

The place is located on the 2nd floor and thus it was a bit challenging for me to bring all of the stuff into our room considering i have a knee problem. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was nice and cozy. They also provided complimentary bottled water and snacks to enjoy. The place is close by and accessible to Duty-Free, Harbor Point, and Pier One. Communication-wise, April responded right away to any questions we had about our accommodation. 🇵🇭🤘

Walter’s place is right on spot. Location, cleanliness, the area felt safe, homey. They even provided basic toiletries like tootbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap. I would definitely stay again if I visit the place. Though he didn’t let us extend for at least an hour esp that there are no guests coming after us, I totally understood. All in all, I would recommend Walter’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in SBMA.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend in Subic, with Walter's place as our base. It is near to all the places we went to, like the yacht club, restaurants and malls. It is also walkable to the beach where the night market is. All the amenities listed are complete, we got all we needed to have a comfortable stay

• Great location near Harbour Point, Puregold, the Oval, and SBMA Beach. • Host Jhovz is very responsive and accommodating. • The smart TV was a highlight of our stay. • Spacious space • My wife accidentally left behind something valuable after checking out, but the host immediately contacted us and reminded us once she checked the place. We just asked her to keep it until our next visit, and she did. Highly recommend!

Miss Jhovz, the co-host is super lovely and very accommodating all through our stay. The unit is spacious and have enough of what we need for a long-stay.

The unit is very spacious, easy to fit in 5 adults with 2 medium-sized dogs. Our dogs had fun running around the area. It is also near other establishments and restaurants (walking distance), and even the track & field (Remy field). Kay's place is really a good deal in terms of value for money.
