My place is close to the airport, KCC Shopping Mall and Pasonanca Park, It has great views of the Cabatangan Mountain range , Sta Maria Elementary School and church . Popular restaurants and dining are mostly within walking distance such as The Village Food Town, Hacienda de Palmeras, Greenfields Mano-Mano, Casa Maria, Myrna's Bakeshop, etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families , and big groups such family wedding guests and school reunions.
