Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Charming summer house located in a quiet historic street. Enjoy your meals in the kitchen or in the bright back room. Very close to shops, beach, dunes and public transport. The comfortable living room features an electric stove in addition to central heating, creating a cosy atmosphere all year round. There is a separate second bedroom/study and an upstairs sleeping area for two guests. The bathroom is compact, well-designed and fully functional.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
