Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed walks on the beach, swimming in the pool and going to the local towns! Great spot.

Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!

A great apartment, footsteps from a beautiful beach. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful with all questions. Highly recommend this stay and we will certainly consider coming back.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here. The place was incredibly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and it was so peaceful. The area is stunning with direct beach access and its close to restaurants and coffee shops. Every place we ate at in the area was delicious. We absolutely want to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed staying at Caleb's place. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to the metro area and old san juan to visit but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to also enjoy the natural beauty of the area. His place was exactly as described, which I appreciate, clean, and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this ocean view apartment in Puerto Rico! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, and the views were absolutely stunning. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week, including beach towels, toys, a cooler, and chairs. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, basketball court, and a playground with swings, which was perfect for our kids. Communication with the host was excellent—he responded quickly and was super helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back again!

Kitchen was neat & nicely decorated. Many kitchen supplies including multiple coffee options, wine fridge. Kitchen Island was our place for eat in dining and the space was well lit. Fans & A/C available that made the temperature comfortable. Living space was open and furniture was comfortable. The bedrooms were decent size, each with A/C & fans that worked very well. Decorations were simple yet stylish. Bathrooms were well kept and adequate size for one. A couple of the doors were sticky and one had a hinge issue. We advised Francesca and she had her team respond quickly. There was one wall in the front hallway that needs a coat of paint, which we might not have noticed if Francesca hadn't let us know about it. We would stay here again.

We had a great time in PR for my daughter senior spring break trip. Our rental was nice, clean & quiet. The beds & sheets were comfortable & the A/C kept us cool. We appreciated the beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler. There were plenty of bath towels & extra blankets as well. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. We would stay here again. It was very close to the rainforest entrance & not far from Luquillo Beach or the excursions on the East side. We didn't get to take advantage of swimming in the ocean in front of the condo complex as it was red flags all week. We kinda expected that though from all the research we did ahead of time. The north shore beaches are generally too dangerous for swimming, especially in the winter. The beach was beautiful & natural though. You can walk in either direction. Loved all the palms & pines. The pool was the perfect temp. We would take a dip after exploring for the day. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

We had a fantastic stay at Sol y Limon. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located near a beautiful, calm beach — much better for our small kids than the bigger waves near the Wyndham, where we’ve stayed before. Sol y Limon is quieter, more affordable, and in a great family-friendly spot. We loved the AC in each room, the well-stocked kitchen, and the ability to cook a few meals at home. The hosts provided beach chairs, toys, and a wagon, which made things easy. The unit is on the second floor, so be mindful if bringing lots of gear. Check-in/out was seamless, and the gated community felt very safe and quiet. Some exterior parts are being updated, but that’s understandable given the beach environment. Overall, a great experience — we’d happily stay again and recommend it to others!

This is a wonderful spot! we now visit this beach every year. Beautiful beach, pool, and surroundings. Super safe! Lying in the hammock on the balcony and listening to the ocean is the absolute best! we cooked all week and had mist everything that we needed. Super easy to do day trips to Vieques and Culebra from this area, as well. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

I had a great week at David and Anthony’s condo. They were excellent hosts and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The complex is quiet and secluded and the beach is excellent. It’s clean and safe and very family friendly. It is a short drive to many nice restaurants and stores. It’s also a great location for day trips such as El Yunque, Old San Juan, or the ferry terminal to Culebra. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. And I would recommend Anthony and David’s place for any couple or small family.

The place was spotless, well-equipped with all the amenities, and incredibly comfortable. The host was extremely responsive, answering any questions within an hour. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The listing was just as described. Super convenient to get to local restaurants and attractions. The pool and beach were just steps away from the house which was a big plus. Highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with kids. Gosh I love this condo! Very clean, has everything you need. The property itself is pristine. Yohanhs is a phenomenal host. Very polite, replied quickly to anything. She helped us before we arrived to arrange a rental car. You will NOT regret renting her condo. I felt very safe in the area, as well:)

Really enjoyed our stay. Space was comfortable and peaceful. Host was kind, thoughtful, and very responsive. Location was perfect for us to explore. Good nearby eateries and a convenience store. Washer and dryer was a plus.

Just returned from a very relaxing week spent at Valeria’s condo. The unit was comfortable, the pool was a nice feature, and the beach was idyllic. All in all, great weather and great beach time in a peaceful, tropical setting.

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!
