Welcome to our ideally located and well optimized 4 bedroom home, walking distance from miles of hiking/mountain biking trails and a quick drive to the lake and Heavenly Village. Hot tub, air conditioning, 10 beds, 2 living areas, pool and foosball tables, 5 smart TVs, YouTube TV subscription, fireplace, equipped kitchen, large dining table, high speed internet, and plenty of space for the entire group. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.
