Mark's place was as described and as pictured. Furniture and bed was comfortable. Place was clean, secure and a quiet building. Nice pool. The area is nice and you can walk to downtown attractions and restaurants. The free trolley was 2 blocks away. I rode it at night and felt safe walking the 2 blocks to rental. Kitchen was stocked to cook and had spices 😊. He answered my questions quickly and I had no problems. I would stay again.

Had a great time staying here, the apartment was clean, easy to access and felt safe. There was some construction going on just across the street, but it wasn’t terribly loud. The location of this Airbnb is great, easy to get around and central to Tampa as well as surrounding areas. Host was also extremely responsive! I will be here again some time soon.

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

Great location! Parking garage nice. Comfortable beds. Carpets in bedrooms could be replaced. Overall nice place and would stay again.

The Regency manager Helen was very helpful . We’ve stayed at her apt complex many times as snowbirds. The new Air Bnb is great and spacious. Over the workout room, so sometimes heard weights (dropping). The pool was right down the outdoor stairs and the laundry room was downstairs too. Beds were comfy and kitchen was huge, fully equipped for our 5 week stay. We hope to return.

The apartment and location look exactly like the pictures. It’s a perfect spot for someone who wants to have a lot of options (socially) without always going far. The restaurants had great food. There were events on multiple nights in the square. The pool and gym are perfect. We were close to the beach, downtown, and more. The biggest negatives is that the bed and sofa could felt like concrete. Insanely uncomfortable! Also, there was no extra toilet paper, so after ONE use we had to visit Walmart. I would and absolutely will stay here again. Perfect size for 2 people. The additional fees for damages and the amount of personal information they require concerned me BUT I am happy I stayed here. The building was quiet and felt safe.

The airbnb was great and she was nice enough to let us arrive a few hours early. Very clean with a great balcony.

Everything was comfortable and tidy and the amenities were an added bonus for us while we were there. Andrea was a really nice and attentive host and answered any questions we had. We would recommend this place to other guests!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. The place is comfortable easy to get around and close to the airport. The pool and rec facilities are great.

This stay was exactly what we needed. Joanne even came by in person to change the battery on the keypad to enter door. (Might have been due to the recent hurricanes). Her Customer service = 5star. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, but the poolside restaurant/ bar was servicing up such great food that we ate there at least once a day. Easy walking distance to a few other restaurants and rooftop decks. Bathroom renovation is stylish & fantastic. Great place. Would stay here again. Very responsive and caring host.

This house was perfect for our family for spring break! We parked our boat right out back at the dock. Summer was extremely responsive and even gave me Her personal cell number in case we had any questions/concerns and answered promptly! We would definitely stay here again!

Charming and quaint. Loved that they had king beds and allowed our little pup. It was the perfect location for our stay and close to our events. All one level with only 2 step to get in.

Kimber’s place is amazing. Great location for exploring the area, situated in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood with enough amenities nearby. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great experience at this Airbnb! We booked it for a conference and the location was perfect—close to the city, which made commuting super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were amazing—very responsive and thoughtful. They even checked in on us during our stay, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Our stay at The Old Haven was wonderful! The weather was cool and rainy for a few days and being able to relax in a comfortable home was the perfect getaway. Ray & Layal are great hosts! We would definitely want to stay here again next year!

Would stay here again! Joel was a wonderful host. Quick to respond, has lots of knowledge and suggestions for the area. House was well equipped with everything you would need! Just as described. When you walk outside you can hear the people on the roller coasters at Busch Gardens. Older neighborhood but we always felt safe and had no problems. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay at the EstablishMint! The home is spacious, and has great furnishings that allow it to be functional and comfortable. There is a large central living room and great eating area. Very large outdoor screened porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors and pool view from the comfort of the shade. The office space is really great. Residential neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay! Lots of closet space. The master bath / shower is very spacious and lots of amenities - just to note, the layout of the shower is open to the master bedroom, which works totally fine for a couple (toilet room is separate). We would love to stay again. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Had the most wonderful experience staying at Bucs Bungalow for 4 days during my recent trip to Tampa for a conference! Ann was the most gracious host! She was proactive in introducing herself, inquiring about any questions/concerns I may have before arriving, and updating me on if early check in would be feasible; she was also immediately responsive during our stay (which was so impressive). Her home was beautifully decorated and cozy, well organized - house rules/details were displayed in such a creative & cohesive way, every bedroom/bathroom spotless upon our arrival (which I am very particular about), and kitchen was adequately stocked to make the place instantly feel like home. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and I felt safe the entire time. The check in/check out processes were also incredibly simple and stress-free. Our group had plenty of space to spead out comfortably. I highly recommend staying here if visiting the Tampa!! The best AirBnB experience I’ve had to date!
