This was a nice cozy house that fit my family’s needs for the weekend. Comfy beds, lots of space but still cozy! If were to go back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay!! The house was clean and comfortable and spacious for our family. Vildana was very responsive when we needed anything and was easy to get in touch with. We would love to stay again!

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

Captain’s place suited our needs. The location worked well with easy access to shops, and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable with comfortable furniture. A heads up that Captain does not provide any bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. The sheets are nice, 100% cotton, towels are good quality and plentiful. The kitchen is moderately well stocked for preparing meals. The air conditioner worked well. The outdoor spaces are sparsely furnished and not particularly welcoming. There are two large food trucks parked adjacent to the back yard and there was one chair on the deck outside the master bedroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

Nice quiet canal, very close to the hospital hole if that’s the area you are in search of. We like kayaking on the quieter private canals, and it’s also very close for that. Beautiful top deck, wrap around enclosed porch - another enclosed area right on top of the water to keep the bugs away while you enjoy company. We had an unexpected one hour lightning and thunder show, we enjoyed it comfortably from that space. Easy launch for kayaks. The host was so kind to leave snacks, water, full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which seems simple, but we have not been lucky enough to find in other places we’ve rented.

My family and I had a wonderful experience, and will surely stay again when we visit Florida.

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

Jose is very friendly and respond most of the time within 15 minutes. Easy to talk to. We loved the place. We were already familiar with the subdivision and the area. We were with 6 and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

Wow!! This home is so beautiful and comfortable. The host has put time and attention into all the details. The landscaping is amazing, so many tropical plants and well maintained. The home itself is comfortable, from the bedding and beds themselves to the small details and amenities the host provided. We did not want to leave and are already booking again when the strawberries are in season, highly recommend this Airbnb!

We usually go to Florida for spring break and this house stood out! It was incredibly clean! We felt as if we were at home. The host is so nice and responsive. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. The house is so comfortable! The couch was so nice to relax on after a long day at the beach (which is just 5 min drive away). We went to Indian rocks beach which is so peaceful and Clearwater beach is also nearby. There are so many restaurants nearby, plenty of ice cream shops for desert as well. We loved the house itself , All the furniture was really nice and the entire house was carefully thought out and designed. My kids loved the pool! The pool was clean and so much fun to use. The backyard is beautiful. I wouldn’t change anything about the stay. We are coming back again next spring!

We definitely recommend staying here!It's a beautiful apartment in what seems like a nice neighborhood. We were there for 5 days and the neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic, great yard for the kids to play in, pool table was fun to have.

Awesome hosts! We really enjoyed our stay here as we came to meet up with family. Kim was very helpful and communicative! The house was very nice and clean, this is also the most stocked Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, it was amazing. I would love to stay again in the future!
