Amazing house. Even nicer than the photos. Gorgeous view of Arenal from the top deck. Lovely pool. It was a super relaxing visit. The AC units are only in the bedrooms but this was not a problem at all and my husband is very much an AC person. We had fans going and the AC from the bedrooms came into the living room, so it was very comfortable and cool. Great internet. Quiet neighborhood. We loved it so much, close to town, couldn’t have been better. Thanks so much Sindy!!!

Very nice house with fantastic garden. You have a chance to see parrots and another birds.All equipment works fine.Housekeeper Rosalija lives in the next house, she is always there to help. Unfortunatelly, the house is just 50 m from main road , and, when trucks are going down the hill, the sound is so strong, that you can not speak to one another when you are outside. Take something to protect you ears in night, the trucks start move before 6AM, and finish after 11PM. Another problem is that the house is far from La Fortuna, it is 20 min to drive. It is self check-in, but the owner had not gave us instructions prior , so we had to write him down again to open the gates.They have strange code lock on the front door, which had closed themselves at 10 PM, when we was outside, so we was forced to broke the door. It appears,that owners knows about this problem, but do nothing to fix it.

Wij hadden het blauwe huisje en het was ruim met een eigen keukentje. Het bed was fijn en alles was schoon. Fijn dat er een zwembad was om even te relaxen. We misten buiten een tafel en 2 stoelen en dat heb ik aangegeven. Er was een snelle reactie dat ze dat aankomende week jn orde gaan maken. De communicatie is prima en snel. Buiten is er een grote keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt dus je kan makkelijk koken als je dat zou willen. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was our favourite Airbnb and the only mistake we made is not booking it longer. It was also the comfiest bed we slept in all week! Norwin went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special!! We loved it. There was so much to do it was an incredible space and we were sad to leave it! We appreciate all the recommendations from Norwin, he was an incredible host! The hot water was also a bonus ! We loved the pool perfect place to cool down and soooo many games ! I would not hesitate to come back just to stay here!! The only rec I would have is earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the walls are a little thin, although usually a very quiet peaceful neighbourhood!

Nos brindó un desayuno variado y muy rico además de sus buenas recomendaciones en restaurantes de la zona. Nos sentimos muy cómodos gracias a sus buenas recomendaciones excelente servicio al cliente. Mil estrellas para ella y su alojamiento.

Jason's house was fantastic from the incredible views, to the beautiful gardens, to how clean everything was. Jason was super responsive with any and all questions we had and even booked us a Sloth tour which was one of our favorite activities. The location of the house was absolutely perfect and close to everything. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Our family of 6 had a great 3 night stay at La Fortuna! The house is located just outside of La Fortuna proper, and is about a 30-45 minute walk to "downtown". If you do not have a car, probably best to Uber/taxi to town. The host/concierge, Home Vacations, is local with an office in La Fortuna - they were great and very responsive. They were also helpful if you need to book activities as well as transportation to/from activities, airport, etc. The accommodations were clean and simple - the pool and view were great! A/C and fans in every room kept the house cool. Also, ground coffee was provided (good to know if checking in late!). Note that there is a mini-super (convenience store) 100 meters from home and a grocery is about 1 mile away. All in in all a great stay and value.

EXCELLENTE!!! I brought my Son, his wife and 5 and 8 year old. We lived in the pool area after the excursions. The beds were comfortable, TV easy, everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The house was a short 2 block walk to town and good restaurants. It’s at the end of a road so no thru traffic or street noise. FYI- the pizza place down the street has terrible pizza! La Fortuna restaurant was great! Pura Vida. Thank you Rebecca!!!

Todo muy bien, el lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Tanto Oscar, como el personal de limpieza estuvo atento a las consultas realizadas, fueron respetuosos y con muy buena comunicación. Recomiendo el lugar y espero volver con mi familia, todo estuvo excelente.

If every Airbnb had a Tobi, the world would be a better place. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay in Monteverde. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property, watching the sunsets and the kids enjoyed swinging on the jungle vine! It is up a steep hill but Toni’s directions were great. Coming from living by a national park in Canada I struggled with having to pay fees every time we wanted a nature walk/hike. This can add up quickly for a family of four as every park or trail has their own fee system. It’s as shame as the cloud forest is such a beautiful landscape and I wish it were more freely accessible. We really enjoyed the night safari though, and got to see some really neat creatures including a sloth and bioluminescent scorpion.😍 I would recommend Rainbow House as a great place to stay to explore Monteverde.

Nos encantó visitar casa Mabri, es un lugar espectacular con todo lo necesario para hospedarse, ubicado en un lugar muy seguro y cerca del centro. Bryan es un excelente anfitrión que siempre estuvo atento a nuestras preguntas. Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo.

This was a really unique home in a quiet residential area near the Children’s Eternal Rainforest. While it’s slightly outside the bustle of La Fortuna there are plenty of places to explore nearby. We settled in for a week and enjoyed peaceful mornings in the garden and afternoons sitting by the pool. Exciting wildlife encounters, kind neighbours, unique architecture and stunning landscape views just a short walk down the street made this a very memorable stay. From the moment we booked this listing, Austin and Kacey were incredibly responsive and helpful. They were quick to answer any questions once we arrived.

We were super happy with our stay at Casa Turquesa! The location is great for all the sites, including Fortuna Waterfall, Eden Chocolate Tour, Mistico Hanging Bridges, etc. The house had an incredible uniqueness to it with plenty of space for us and our 2 kids. It included towels, hairdryers, washer/dryer, games, WiFi, and the rest of the standard amenities. The pool area was exactly as pictured and the gated entrance gives you a nice feeling of privacy and security. The only note that I would make for others is that it is right on the busy road, so if car noise bothers you it’s something to consider. Us on the other hand slept like babies in the very comfortable beds! If we were to go back to La Fortuna, we would stay here again without looking at any other location. We’ll have great memories to look back upon thanks to this unique home.

El lugar es excelente en general, muy buena ubicación y tiene todo las comodidades que menciona la descripción. Tuvimos una experiencia genial desde el check in hasta el check out. El lugar es cómodo y espacioso, con buena ventilación y claridad, la cocina está muy bien equipada. El jacuzzi también está bien equipado. Hay una lista de actividades que se pueden hacer cerca, recomiendo el tour de la granja que fue muy agradable. Estamos muy agradecidos con el trato recibido y esperamos regresar pronto!

La estadía fue perfecta, el hogar muy bonito y acogedor, con una distribución del espacio perfecta, una cocina divina con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Los cuartos muy ordenados, limpios y con una cama muy cómoda. El ambiente alrededor muy tranquilo y relajante, con atracciones muy cercanas, por ejemplo “El Salto” a unos 10 minutos caminando o 2 minutos en carro. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volveríamos, muy agradecidos con Eylin por ser una excelente anfitriona y ayudarnos con nuestras necesidades.

My family and I had a great time at the house. It was as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were super comfortable and there was lots of space both inside and outside. The house was clean and well maintained. Shelly was very responsive whenever we had a question. She also left us some information about restaurants and things to do. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely house.

My daughter and I loved staying at Tucantico. The place was spotless and roomy and was the first truly accessible place I have seen in Costa Rica. The kitchen had everything we needed (including salt and oil) and the design of the place was perfect from the placement of lights and outlets to the warm blankets and the bed. My favorite place to sit was on the porch where I ate breakfast every morning. It is a very convenient location near the supermarket in Cerro Plano and only about a ten minute walk from the language school CPI. I hope to return one day.

We spent 3 nights here while visiting the LaFortuna area. A private and quiet location yet close to the town and attractions. Very spacious for all 7 of us. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at our Airbnb! We really loved the proximity to the town, we felt very safe. The home was very clean and the sheets were so soft! Highly recommend !
