Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Luxuriöses und modernes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen

Das Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Zirl. Im nahen Umkreis gibt es viele Wander- sowie Skigebiete. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Bushaltestelle sind nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus und dem Zug in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) sowie verschiedene Restaurants (Pizzeria, Chinesisches Restaurant, usw.) sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung.

Am besten gleich bei der Buchung per Nachricht von jeder Person den vollen Namen, Geburtsdaten, Wohnadresse und Passnummer senden dann kann ich die Gästecard vorbereiten und in der Wohnung hinterlegen.

Die Wohnung bietet 35qm in sonniger Lage mit Sonnenterrasse, welche gerne zum Entspannen genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist 10 Autominuten vom Skigebiet Axamer Lizum entfernt und 20 Autominuten fährt man nach Innsbruck. Da es keinen Supermarkt gibt, ist es am Besten beim Supermarkt "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen) stehen zu bleiben.
