This cottage is very impressive. We stayed in the middle of winter with temperatures around zero yet the heating system was superb and we were always warm. As noted by other guests the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a huge family dining table which we enjoyed a lot. We used the cottage as a base for touring but also enjoyed a lovely walk along the seafront. There is a very good broadband connection as well. If you have an EV then there are 22Kw chargers in De Haan and also state of the art Fastned rapid chargers about 8Km away at Junction 5a on the A10 near Ostend. The Fastned charger accepts bank cards and you do not need an APP.

Eine tolle Unterkunft auch für große Gruppen! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Qualität des Hauses ist gehoben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar.

Tolle Unterkunft am Stadtrand von Gent. Super Möglichkeit von dem Haus aus Gent und andere Orte in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und wir hatten die Möglichkeit uns frei zu entfalten. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pool und der Keller mit Spieleraum und großer Leinwand. Stijn hat sich als toller Gastgeber gezeigt, da er immer ansprechbar war und uns gute Tipps gegeben hat.

Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende bei euch! Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet! Der Garten ist sehr großzügig mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Schön ist auch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand! Gerne wieder!

Hallo , wir hatten einen vier Tage Aufenthalt in Rodericks Haus. Es gab tolle Kommunikation und gute Anweisungen. Es war sauber und Gemütlich. Für kleines Geld gab es Bettwäsche und Handtücher , die parat lagen. Roderick hatte auf Anfragen sehr zügig geantwortet. Würden nächstes Jahr wieder hin fahren.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend met vrienden gehad. De kinderen vonden het zwembad fantastisch.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house! It’s spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel both cozy and elegant. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring the main cities in Belgium. The house had everything we needed, since this was the house were the hosts used to live, so we found a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and everywhere nice decorations that made us feel right at home. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even though they could not be there in person. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Petra qui nous a fait une visite guidée à notre arrivée de son superbe appartement. Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à y passer quelques jours et avons pu profiter des excellentes prestations comme la piscine et la salle de fitness. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement qui permets d'être pas très proche de la mer et à proximité de Bruges.

Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht, das hat keinerlei Probleme verursacht. Alles verlief einwandfrei. Die Ausgangslage der gesamten Anlage ist toll. Alles wie beschrieben. Alles Notwendige findet sich in der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Vom Balkon und aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf den „Innenhof“ der Anlage und auf den Leuchtturm. Am Strand ist man fußläufig innerhalb von 15 Min. Wir waren mit unserem Hund fünf Tage vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Tage am Meer. Curt & Eugene have been top tier hosts with prompt responses and great recommendations. Arrival and parking was a breeze and they had provided us with a lovely personal welcome, their apartment was a home away from home being tranquil, private and provided everything you could need. Wonderful memories have been made which shall be cherished thanks to their hospitality. The location is a short drive to the city's such as Bruges, Antwerp and Ghent with easy park & rides, we had an amazing week with no faults or hassle! I would highly recommend Curt & Eugene's place to stay, we would love to stay again in the near future.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit pour visiter Bruges sur notre route vers la Hollande. Le logement est grand, très clair et on peut se rendre à pied sur la plage. Très content de notre choix, je recommande.

het appartement bevindt zich op een rustiger gedeelte van de zeedijk - bakker vlakbij en supermarkt op wandelafstand - het winkelcentrum van Oostende is wat verder stappen, of vlakbij met de kusttram (een halte dichtbij) - accommodatie is helemaal in orde en de foto's zijn waarheidsgetrouw - Christine is heel gedienstig en makkelijk bereikbaar - als je een langer verblijf plant ontbreekt misschien een wasmachine maar voor ons was dit niet het geval - zeker aan te raden verblijf
