Все очень понравилось, в квартире есть все необходимое, чисто и комфортно. Расположение отличное, рядом парк, озеро и красивый мост, тихо и спокойно. До моря 15 мин пешком, где хороший пляж с песком.

Нана дуже гостинна, завжди була на звʼязку та готова була допомогти, її брат зустрів нас та порадив декілька закладів, куди можна сходити пообідати, квартира чиста та дуже затишна, в квартирі було все необхідне для тривалого перебування, поруч з квартирою є національний парк та озеро, також недалеко є пляж, ми залишились задоволені проживанням, також брат Нани відвіз нас на своєму авто на автовокзал та допоміг з валізами, дякую :)

Aleksander is a responsive and courteous host who helped me with logistics and was flexible with check-in. The apartment itself was clean and true to the listing and is located within walking distance of both the train and bus station. Great value generally and is located in a nice area. Would recommend for a Poti stay.

I stayed at Rusudan's place with friends when attending a film festival in Poti. The place was very tidy, and quite spacious. It is located on the 3rd floor (without an elevator). The bedroom overlooks at the port that is busy during day and night. There might be a slight noise coming in from the port, but I was not disturbed, on contrary I really enjoyed, but my friend had to use earplugs. Rusudan has been very communicative and it was easy to check in and check out. I really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed for two months. The apartment is wonderful — clean, tidy, and newly renovated, it’s perfect for both short and long stays. The kitchen had everything I needed, except for a microwave, which would have been nice to have. The neighbors were quiet, which was very important to me. The apartment is located in a residential area with a beautiful view of the forest and the sea, and the air was always clean and fresh. There were no issues with the internet. The hosts, Angelika and Alexander, were always available and happy to help. I sincerely thank you both!

Great place, everything as described, friendly and helpful host

Хорошая, просторная квартира, очень чистая и уютная, удобная кровать с очень хорошим матрасом (идеально для тех, у кого проблемы со спиной), идеальное расположение для посещения Колхетского национального парка. На кухне есть кофе, чай, сахар, соль, вся необходимая утварь. Но немного подкачала входная дверь - через нее слышно все, что происходит в общем коридоре дома, так что для людей чувствительных к шуму скорее всего не подойдет.
