Cottage in legno curatissimo su un ramo secondario del fiume. Vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti principali.... Atmosfera incantevole... Siamo stati benissimo

We spent wonderful time at Nebojša’s place. Everything we asked for he was there to help. Told us what we needed to know about surrounding area, even walked us to the beach, ordered us drinks at the local bar and payed the round as a welcome gift. Definitely did not expect it. The apartment was neatly arranged and crystal clean, with all the amenities at hand. We had a parking spot at the front entrance, with a friendly neighbourhood, made our stay safe and warm.

The best place you can be at when wisiting Ulcinj! The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from Mala plaža. Old town and the town of Ulcinj very close and easy to discover. The room was really clean, neat and tidy, and we loved it! Hosts Ali and Majda were both lovely and very easy to communicate with. They were there to answer all our questions. Superb place which we recommend without any doubt!!

Ein paradiesischer Ort, den man am liebsten nicht mehr verlassen möchte. Ruhe, Natur und Idylle pur. Die Tiny Houses sind sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Fernglas sowie Fahrräder und Kanus, mit denen man die traumhafte Umgebung und Tierwelt erkunden kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles top, vielen Dank für die unvergesslichen Tage! 💯👍😎

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Sasas Bootshaus ist einzigartig: Mississippi-Feeling im Herzen Europas. Die Lage am Fluss direkt in der Nähe des Meeres ist großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen Haus. Es hat alles, was es braucht und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sasa ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: überaus freundlich, zugewandt, zuvorkommend. Er hat immer super schnell reagiert und uns gerne Tipps gegeben. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft in jedem Fall.

Everything was perfect! The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was great, easy access to everything we needed. The host was super helpful and responsive to all our questions. Would definitely stay here again. Me and my girlfriend went there for a birthday occasion and Benjamin arranged and left a birthday cake in the cottage plus balloons which we did not even ask for it! It was one of the amazing and relaxing Airbnb we’ve ever stayed! Definitely recommend it! Don’t even think about twice for this cottage, just go for it :)

Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten und die Wohnanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Das Meer ist über einen schönen Fußweg, auf dem man Landschildkröten begegnen kann, sehr schnell (auch mit kleineren Kindern) zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ne-am simtit foarte bine la aceasta cazare iar comunicarea cu Ermina a fost excelenta. Este o gazda foarte prietenoasa si receptiva la toate cerintele noastre. Ne-am fi dorit insa ca bucataria sa fie mai bine echipata, avand in vedere ca am si gatit acasa. Cu toate acestea, ne-a placut foarte mult locuinta rezervata si speram sa revenim curand!
