Place as described. Very convenient as we can walk around Psyri, Plaka, Monastiraki and Metro Syntagma. We even hike up to Lycabettus Hill. The Greek cuisine at Mantra Taverns at Pysri was awesome.

There is a small restaurant called "Black Salami" just around the corner of the place. I had the best meal there while I was in Athens.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

Great Apartment, with beautiful views of the Acropolis. All sights can be reached on foot, but keep in mind with the occasional steep climb. Tram/metro within walking distance.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καταπληκτικό, αρκετά ζεστό και απόλυτα λειτουργικό. Βρίσκαμε εύκολα θέση στάθμευσης καθώς μετακινούμασταν σχεδόν πάντα πεζοί. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν το μικρό ασανσέρ.

Eva nous a attendus à 23h00 pour nous accueillir de manière chaleureuse. Son appartement est très grand, propre et lumineux. Il faut bien le chauffer quand on est hors saison. Pour la situation, il est proche de la station de métro qui arrive directement de l’aéroport, d’un supermarché et de restaurants ouverts très tard. Nous recommandons. Merci à Eva pour ce séjour.

La maison de Giannis est dans un endroit privilégié, une vue exceptionnelle sur Athènes c’est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse pendant le coucher de soleil. J’ ai loué une voiture pour la semaine donc nous n’avons pas eut la contrainte de grimper la colline à pied et j’ai toujours trouvé une place à 2 pas de la maison. Un excellent rapport qualité prix !

Great view! Extraordinary location. 6 large bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living areas, complete barbecue area, large terrace overlooking the sea. Highly recommend!

Πολύ ωραιο διαμερισμα σε τρομερη τοποθεσια, 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το μετρό. Το σπιτι καθαρο και πληρως εξοπλισμενο και ο οικοδεσποτης διαθεσιμος να βοηθησει στο οτιδηποτε!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Im März war es nicht immer Wetter zum draussen sein. Aber der Garten bot uns viele Möglichkeiten zum rumstöbern und geniessen und die Nachbarn haben sogar einen Spielplatz aufgebaut den die Kinder mitbenutzen durften. Auch das Haus ist gut ausgerüstet und wir wurden gut umsorgt!

We (family of four) enjoyed a wonderful week’s stay at Amonia House over Easter. Beautiful house, very well equipped, peaceful location and short walk to Vouliagmeni centre, beach, marina, etc. Would highly recommend.

Moses’s place was an amazing find! Beautiful accommodation with a private garden and terrace, clean and comfortable spaces, reliable fast wifi, and a great shower. Moses was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful and kind, showing us around and giving us a lovely bottle of wine when we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better - it was only a moment’s walk to restaurants, a bakery, coffee and ice cream shops, and (very importantly!) to the sea. The flat was quiet and private, even though it was so central - a perfect balance. Thank you, Moses!

We had an awesome stay here! Lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance, and also close to the tram/metro/bus so it was easy to get into the heart of Athens. The private parking was amazing -- finding parking within Athens can be such a battle so it was wonderful to have a guaranteed (and gated!) spot for our rental. Also awesome to be able to do laundry in the middle of our trip. This house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Amazing stay, we'll be back for sure!

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Erik si è dimostrato da subito disponibile e gentile. È stato disponibile nel farmi alloggiare con i miei due cani ( cosa che non tutti gli host accettano ). La casa corrispondeva alla descrizione, la veranda dove fare colazione è una piccola oasi di relax, grazie anche alla tranquillità della zona in cui è situata la casa. La casa era pulita e ordinata. Consigliatissima!

Located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Athens. Very close to tram station and also very close to a vivid square and a street where you can find whatever you need. The terrace is amazing. You can literally spend your whole day peacefully with a nice view of a park, the city and even in the horizon the sea. Owner is a very kind person who always replies to your messages quickly. The flat has everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 4 nights and everything was perfect from start to finish. Panos was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. The apartment is very spacious, peacefull and comfortable. The large veranda was a great outside space to relax on .There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby and the local area was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again if visiting Athens.

Stayed a week while attending a workshop nearby. The area turned out to be peaceful, non-touristy, with plenty of independent bakeries, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. A sprinkling of museums and the olympic stadium are nearby, and the Acropolis is a 20 minute walk away (metro and bus also an option). Manos kindly met me at the metro station arriving from the airport, helped me with my luggage, and orientated me to the neighbourhood. Hosts Manos and Lia live next door, and readily popped round when I had a question about the wifi. They were friendly but non-intrusive. Everything in the flat is as described in the listing, with a retro charm. I arrived to unseasonably cold weather but the flat was toasty and warm thanks to the aircon heater. Solar-heated water is on demand, but make sure you understand how to use the black button to boost the hot water if needed on a cloudy day. Enjoyed my stay and will return!
