De persoonlijke aandacht van Giorgos was fantastisch. Hij gaf ons goeie tips en dankzij hem zijn we verliefd geworden op de omgeving. Het uitzicht op de Ionische eilanden en de zonsondergangen zijn adembenemend. Alles bij mekaar een absolute aanrader.

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και όμορφος. Ο κ. Νεκτάριος ήταν κατατοπιστικός , φιλόξενος ,βοηθητικός και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι μηνύματα του στέλναμε.

The place is ideal for a couple and top location in the Center of Preveza. Very clean and has everything you need. And to top it all of the host is amazing and super helpful. She waited for us 3 hours after our initial arrival time because our EasyJet flight got delayed and arrived at 1am.

Close to airport as I wanted it. Quiet and peaceful.

Πολύ όμορφο κ αριστοκρατικό σπίτι με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση κ διαρρύθμιση!Πολύ καθαρό,δεν έλειπε τίποτα-είχε φροντίσει για ΤΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ η ιδιοκτήτρια.Ήσυχη γειτονιά όπου βρίσκεις parking πολύ εύκολα,αλλά βολεύει να πας στο κέντρο κ με τα πόδια γιατί είναι μια ευχάριστη βόλτα με πολλά μαγαζιά,ταβέρνες κλπ τριγύρω.Η κ.Χρύσα είναι ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος,πολύ ευγενικός κ καλλιεργημένος κ ήταν πάντα εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε να μας βοηθήσει!!!Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε κ το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Amalia's accommodation has a very good central (rare) location, great atmospheric light and a very good view. The apartment is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Amalia is always present, very helpful and friendly. However, I would not describe the apartment as luxurious. Apart from the really impressive size, it is rather nostalgic and a well preserved footprint of the past with a famous 70s kitchen. I would highly recommend it to anyone who values a very good location, beautiful views, space and atmosphere over a fancy new apartment without similar benefits. We absolutely loved our stay at Amalia and would love to come back.

האירוח ב Apanema היה חוויה יוצאת דופן ממה שרגילים ביוון, מדובר במקום קסם שטובל בטבע פראי, מוקף עצי זית , תאנה , גפנים, וחורש טבעי שיש ביוון, המקום כל כך משתלב בטבע שניתן כמעט ולא להבחין בו במבט ראשון. קיבלנו בית בן 3 קומות, מאובזר למשעי, נקי מאוד, עם מרפסות מכל כיוון, עם כל מה שאתה יכול לחשוב שצריך בדירה. במקום שיש בריכה וגינת ZEN, ואי אפשר להסביר את השלווה שהמארחים דאגו שתרגיש מהרגע הראשון. היינו זוג עם 3 ילדים שפשוט לא רצו ללכת.... במקום יש בריכה שצמודה לגינת ZEN עם מפל, ניתן לבצע שם יוגה בבוקר או סתם לספוג את השלווה ואת הטבע. יש סאונה (שלא השתמשנו בה) וחדר תרגול ליוגה ובקתות נוספות. יצא לנו לפגוש את המארחים, את צביקה ואת ענת , שהם חיים את המקום ויוצרים את האווירה המיוחדת שיש במקום, צביקה מורה ליוגה ולטאי צ'י וענת מטפלת רגשית כך שניתן להרגיש את האווירה המיוחדת שהם מביאים איתם ושוררת במקום. המקום בסה"כ 15 דק' ממרכז העיר העתיקה של לפקדה כך שניתן להיות בלב העניינים בקלות במידה ואתה עם רכב (לדעתי חובה בלפקדה). אין ספק שנחזור, אני ממליץ בחום.

Elena's apartment was easy to find, if you drive from Argostoli and via Sami you see the house as you reach the small village of Kavamilos. In the village there are 3 or 4 restaurants and a coffee type bar on the square which is 2 mins walk from Elena's place and a bakery next door so coffee and cake in or out. The sea is 100 m away as well as an interesting lake and a boat hire place we used. To walk to Sami takes about 15 mins and there is a variation of sand or pebble beach and boating moorings along the coastline as you walk to Sami. As you reach the town, there are many restaurants to choose from It's a lovely location. The apartment is on one floor with a huge kitchen and lounge area with sliding doors across the sea view side. The three bedrooms are nicely sized and the ac is strong. The pool is accessed by leaving the front door and walking around the side and is a lovely clean and modern pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. We enjoyed staying here and found the area relaxing.

We had a lovely stay. The home is very spacious, clean and easily accommodated two families. It was a great space for us!

Our group of 6 six adults had a wonderful stay at Villa Kandia. The villa is super comfortable and in an amazing location. We loved spending the warm afternoons by the pool and watching the sunsetting from the outdoor balcony. With lots of different spaces to have some quiet time, the villa is perfect for a few couples or perhaps two families. An easy walk into the village, but a steep walk home - manageable, but certainly tested our fitness! Our hosts were wonderful and only a quick question away! We would highly recommend and we are very sorry we had to leave. Already planning our next visit!

Amazing house in a great location. Peaceful mountain/Sea view, ideal place for holidays with tranquillity and relaxation but also very close to everything you need. Very well equipped. Katerina was a great hostess to us starting from the beginning of our trip, very helpful and super friendly. We had a great time and we will be back for sure! Thank you again!

Kiki’s apartment was spacious and very clean. We loved the terrace which had a view of the sea and the fact there was off-street parking for our hire car. You can walk into town in 20 mins and enjoy the restaurants, shops and bars of Preveza and the atmospheric harbour front. Kiki made sure we had everything and responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you for being a great host Kiki - we loved our stay 😊.
