Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Kostas Unterkunft. Die vorherigen Bewertungen beschreiben es sehr gut. Kostas und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön und unsere Kinder konnten toll im Garten spielen. Alles war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Definitiv über airbnb Standard. Das Haus liegt oberhalb eines kleinen und sehr schönen Dorfes. Im Dorf gibt es 2 Tavernen und 1 Café. Man benötigt ein Auto. Strände, größere Supermärkte etc. alles in ca 15 min Entfernung mit dem Auto.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα αυτό ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρος! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε!

Μιχάλης is a friendly and wonderful host. He met us at the door and gave us a tour and clear instructions about the apartment. The apartment is so clean and the view of the mountain is spectacular! There are many cafes and restaurants, and a nice park too, within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious and clean and had a great location. Communication was top notch. Katerina responded very quickly. We were also allowed to leave our bags after check out until afternoon. Totally recommend

Close to the center but not too noisy. Metro is 4 minutes away. The apartment is just like in photos and has everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment was in a great location, perfect for exploring the city. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Kally was absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She really made us feel at home and her hospitality was truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

이 숙소에서 28박을 지냈습니다. 제가 지금까지 경험했던 숙소중에서 가장 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 호스트는 정말 친절했으며 여러가지 문의 사항에 대해서 정말 친절하게 답을 해줬습니다. 숙소 위치는 공항에서 버스를 타고 내리면 바로 길 건너에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠으며 주변에 대형 마트 및 카페가 있으며 바닷가까지는 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 너무나 훌륭한 숙소이긴 했지만 딱 하나 문제가 있다면 그건 바로 인터넷 속도입니다. 저처럼 일을 해야한다면 한번쯤 다시 한번 생각을 해봐야합니다. 다운로드 속도는 10Mbps까지 나오며 업로드 속도는 0.5Mbps가 나옵니다. 업로드 속도가 느려서 일을 하기 정말 힘들었습니다. 그리고 사진에는 없지만 세탁기는 발코니에 있는 창고 같은 곳에 있으니 참고하세요. 이 숙소 덕분에 테살로니키가 정말 더 좋아졌습니다. 다시 한번 더 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

This was a perfect stay, Anna & Steve were wonderful hosts and helped us a lot. The place was perfectly placed however having a car made it a lot easier for us

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Wir haben im September 2024 eine wunderbare Zeit in Adam’s Apartment in Kallithea verbracht und können dieses Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Zentrum und den wunderschönen Stränden von Kallithea. Alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, ist in der Nähe: Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Liebe zum Detail, mit der Adam das Apartment führt. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt, allerdings waren wir zum Essen draußen, aber der gemütliche Balkon lädt dazu ein, den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Adam war sehr hilfsbereit und während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit erreichbar. Adam hat wertvolle Tipps im Appartment zur Verfügung gestellt, das war sehr nützlich. Ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Ο εξωτερικός ήταν πολύ καλά διατηρημένος και μέσα χωρίς ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρος. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και αποδράσεις.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd beleefd in het prachtige huis op de heuvel boven de zee. De locatie is geweldig, met een adembenemend zicht op de zee en op de heuvels in het binnenland. Het balkon is geweldig om 's ochtends te ontbijten met zicht op zee en 's avonds naar de zonsondergang te kijken. Het huis is zeer rijkelijk uitgerust, alles wat je nodig hebt is beschikbaar. En we werden daarbovenop ook nog eens heerlijk gastvrij ontvangen door de ouders van Ifgenia. Haar moeder had heerlijk gebak gemaakt, er stond water en een lekker flesje wijn koel. Er was beleg, toast, koffie, thee... Ook de badkamer was rijkelijk voorzien van schoonheidsproducten. De vader van Ifgenia kwam ons nog een extra vuurtje brengen, voor het geval het te fris zou zijn, maar dat hebben we niet nodig gehad. Dit is voor mij het beste vakantieverblijf waar we ooit waren. Met de heerlijke gastvrijheid die de streek zo typeert. Een parel in een regio die voor altijd ons hart heeft gestolen. Aanrader!

Къщата, верандата, терасата и градината са страхотни! Изкарахме си чудесно с двете ни кучета, които не спряха да тичат из градината. Единственото, което не ни допадна е близостта на магистралата и шумът от преминаващите автомобили, но може би се свиква след два-три дни:)

The house was everythin we wanted. Big, clean, had a barbecue, nice quite place with a view at the sea. Would recommend

The house is welcoming, cozy, equipped with everything we could need. The location is nice, in a quiet area, with a great view. The access to the pool was an extra benefit. The host was friendly, available, offering valuable assistance and recommendations.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Piękny dom z cudownym basenem i ładnie zagospodarowanym ogrodem. Idealne miejsce na spędzenie wakacji. Dom był czysty i dobrze wyposażony, w Greckim klimacie. Łazienki małe i dosyć niewygodne, reszta okej. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji jak i na plażę. Pokoje przechodnie, nie było pełnej prywatności ale dla rodzin czy bliskich znajomych było ok.
