I designed this house thinking about a business person who needs to have meetings and work in a very private environment. I was inspired by the scientists who previously stayed in my studio and worked at Los Alamos lab. This house is also ideal for members of the film industry as well as the Santa Fe Opera. There is adequate room and seating in the living room for 10+ people. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office. The price includes the NMGR Tax of 8.475%. The cleaning fee is weekly.

Niji means "rainbow" in Japanese and there's not a better way to describe this colorful, 100-year-old, two-bedroom adobe casita nestled between the scenic Santa Fe River and Agua Fria Street, which is the historic "Camino Real." La Dea was once a nursery, and an antique shop - now we are in the early stages of rewilding the grounds and bringing back the critters, quails and plants. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!

This sunset suite will allowed to have a view of the gorgeous New Mexico sunset. Will make your destination to the downtown area in around 5 to 7 minutes using your vehicle or public transportation. Also an entrance on the same street to one of our many parks, a short drive to all your shopping need. Additional $25 dollar fees for pet has to be added to Airbnb or left before check out.
