We loved our stay here. Avinash from the get go was super prompt in communication and cordial. A huge shout out to Anthony , super friendly and helpful during our stay. And a special mention to the food we ate , it was so refreshing to finally have a piece of coastal cuisine that was exactly like what we grew up on. My suggestion to anybody staying here , order from their kitchen … it’s amazing ! 😊❤️

Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

We had Sunset Bay booked for a family get together and it was worth it. Place was spacious, and was maintained clean and hygienic. Manager ensured that checkin was very smooth. Care taker was available all the time. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cutlery, utensils and Glassware in place. It was kind to allow us to use the place for an hour post checkout as one of us had to attend a meeting. Toothpaste was not provided in the toiletries and it was difficult to find a shop for it. Restaurants are available at 5 km from the place. Swiggy is available with most of the restaurants delivering at a 45 minute window. Overall this place is absolutely recommended for a getaway.

We loved our stay at this little gem. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday. 1. Location wise, the home is away from any amenities and off the main road too. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main road through a beaten little pathway, and a 10 minute drive to the local shops. The home neighbours palm tree plantations all around. The home runs parallel to a river, which is perfect for swimming, reclining on the nice comfortable arm chairs and just hanging about. 2. The kitchen has the basic pots/ pans/ ladels/ tableware. 3. We went there mid April, the heat was manageable. But being from Goa, we are more tolerant to high humidity and heat. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a pedestal, we opened the windows through the night to cross ventilate the home. They have mosquito nets on all the windows, so that was great. 3. The housekeeper came did a great job tidying up. 4. All communication was prompt was exacting. We had a wonderful relaxed stay here and it was perfect for us.

Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. It was wonderful experience as we went to kundapura for my cousins marriage with my parents and kids as it was late night 11 we reached mithun house eventhough it was late night mithun was guiding us the route and helped us pick our luggage till home and offered us milk and as we stayed for 3 days each and everyday mithun was calling us and asking if we need any help and house was sparkling clean and mithun house was near by for everything like restaurants,groceries etc then my parents and kids felt homely as my kids had there favorite alexa Tv to watch and surrounding nature felt like homely thanks mithun for giving us homely atmosphere and making our stay wonderful ☺️

We stayed for two nights. Had a great time there. Rooms were clean and spacious. Sufficient parking in plot opposite property. Excellent location. It’s close to the city center, many restaurants within 2km Swiggy works.

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.
