New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

Licuala’s Pool Bungalow is a studio styled home designed for slow living and tropical relaxation. Spacious and bright, this house is set by the pond and rice paddy and intended for full immersion into nature. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Set on a quiet hill minutes from the beach, Sunborn Cabin is a cosy design-led 40m2 private studio centrally located in Ahangama, Sri Lanka. The space features a king size bed, warm pressurized rain shower, a workspace as well as an outdoor patio with a circular plunge pool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Warm terra cotta tones, black wood accents and soft natural light create a calm and intimate atmosphere, designed for slow and comfortable stays.

Welcome to Pavilion House, our piece of paradise on the edge of the jungle near Ahangama. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama. Studio Aurora offers a spacious studio with sleek design, spectacular ocean views and direct beach access. Just steps away from the best cafes, restaurants, bars, beaches and breaks, Studio Aurora is at the center of it all! During high season town can be busy and noise from the local bars on may disturb some guests.
