Brilliant place very highly recommended and as described. We had a great time at the villa. The photos do not do it justice. Minor points would be slow WiFi, don’t plan on watching movies! Kitchen was good, however, Washing powder, rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets would be a nice touch, especially for a short stay.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα! Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Πεντακαθαρο, ζεστό και άνετο για 8 ενήλικες. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε! :)

We came for the second summer and once again we had a great time. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, good access to highway and groceries. We made various trips with our rental car if not reading books or resting and cooled down in the pool in the afternoons. We are a family of five, youngest 7, eldest 17. A car is essential. Host was very responsive and helpful, I can recommend this house.

Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο κύριος Αναστάσιος και πολύ όμορφο και ευρύχωρο το σπίτι. Φιλοξενηθήκαμε 2 οικογένειες (4 ενήλικες, 4 παιδιά και ένα σκυλάκι) για το τριήμερο φεστιβάλ του Χελμού. Το σπίτι είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και ήταν καλαίσθητο εσωτερικά και με υπέροχη θέα περιμετρικά. Η πρόσβαση δεν ήταν δύσκολη, καθώς ο κ. Αναστάσιος είχε δώσει αναλυτικότατες οδηγίες και μας υποδέχτηκε ο ίδιος παρέχοντάς μας και χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Περάσαμε θαυμάσια, ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison, bien située près de l’eau et des autoroutes pour partir à la découverte du Péloponnèse. Notre hôte répondait rapidement à nos questions, nous a suggéré des endroits à visiter. Serviable, courtois et proactif voilà ce qui décrit bien notre hôte.

Excellent place! We stayed 3 weeks in John's house and we enjoyed our stay there very much. The house was clean and spacious. There was a good air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was very comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped. There were much more things there than it was described in the listing. I was very happy to find out that there were a microwave and a kettle as I used them a lot. We appreciated that the Wi-Fi was very good. We enjoyed so much having breakfast/lunch/dinner on the balcony and watching the sea and the beautiful sight of the mountains across the Corinthian gulf. The place is really peaceful and private, and it is great for relaxation. The beach is just in front. Another thing that was exceptional for us was the area around the house. The region is lovely. Wine yards, olive trees gardens and other beauties like these. You have no idea how amazing the smell of drying grapes is! We want to come back! John is a great host, very responsive and attentive.

Our stay at Athena's house in Galaxidi was nothing short of idyllic. Nestled in a beautiful, historic house, the accommodation offered the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and well-appointed, providing a serene space to unwind after a day of exploring. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Just a stone's throw from the sea, we enjoyed stunning views and easy access to the beach. The town itself is a delightful mix of traditional architecture, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants. The friendly locals added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We especially loved strolling along the waterfront, sampling fresh seafood at local tavernas, and soaking up the laid-back vibe of Galaxidi. It's the ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful escape and a taste of authentic Greek hospitality.

I will not comment about the house or the area since it is the 4th time I visit with my family the same house. I will only cooment about how clean and tidy was the house once again. It just shows that they respect their guests . As always Almeida was very friendly and the house owners are very communicative . Our only complaint is that we did not have more days to enjoy this eperience

Die Doppelhaushälfte hat eine fantastische Lage: Gleich über der angrenzenden Straße befindet sich der ruhige Strand, sodass man morgens und abends ein paar Runden im herrlich warmen und klaren Wasser schwimmen kann. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich ein großer Garten, in dem Feigen-, Zitrus- und Olivenbäume wachsen, deren Früchte wir ausgiebig genossen haben. Wir wurden von Lena und David sehr herzlich empfangen und mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Sie standen auch stets für Rückfragen zur Verfügung und haben sich nach unseren Bedürfnissen fürsorglich erkundigt. Von Derveni lassen sich zahlreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen: die Vouraikos-Schlucht, das Bergdorf Kalavryta, die Ausgrabungsstätten Epidauros, Mykene, der Kanal von Korinth, die Burg Akrokorinth, der sehr hübsche Küsteort Nafplio mit seiner sehr eindrucksvollen Burganlage. Auch Athen und Olympia sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten als sechsköpfige Familie einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub!

Dieser Urlaub war ein Stück Paradies auf Erden. Teti und ihre Familie haben uns warmherzig aufgenommen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt: der Strand war einige Meter entfernt und die Stadt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Mithilfe der Tipps von Teti hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub und konnten in das griechische Leben eintauchen. Das ist definitiv nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen und es war dank Teti einer der schönsten Aufenthalte die ich bisher erleben durfte. Ich bin absolut glücklich und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

We stayed at Katia's home for two weeks in August, and it has been by far one of the best vacations we had in years. We were two families with 4 children and the lovely and spacious house had more than enough room to acomodate us all, the rooms are clean and have enough storage, the beds are extremely comfortable, the lovely courtyard is filles with lemon trees and has enough space to run around in, and most of all a lovely peddal beach is just outside of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for cooking meals and there are enough shops and supermarkets 5 min drive. This has been a most delightful stay most of all because of the gracious and thoughtful host katia is. She was so helpful with a lot of recomendation for day trips and restaurants, and made everything in her power to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Katia for your lovely home, and a beautiful vacation that will not be forgotten.

We visited this house at the end of October 2024, during a long holiday. We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only wish to be able to stay longer. The house was excellent, the garden was simply wonderful, and in a nutshell, everything was great! Mr. Kostas was very gentle and helpful in everything we asked for. If we will ever visit Nafpaktos again, his home will be the first we will look for.

περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα είχε τα πάντα μέσα για να μαγειρεύεις ,καθαριστικά διαφορα,είχε σιδερο ,σιδερώστρα,στερεοφωνικό,πολλά cd,τέλειο και πολύ δυνατό σήμα wifi.

Περάσαμε ένα τετραήμερο τέλειο... Ειταν ακριβώς όπως το περιγράφει και ακόμα καλύτερα θα έλεγα... Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και η Οικοδέσποινα μας περίμενε με το χαμόγελο της και ειταν σαν να γνωριζόμαστε χρόνια...Στο σπίτι δεν λείπει απόλυτος τίποτα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια...Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα ξαναπάμε....Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία..

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, μες στην φύση, την ησυχία και με αλογάκια παραδίπλα και πολύ κοντά στο Αίγιο με το αυτοκίνητο. Αγρόκτημα κανονικό, με όμορφη γενικά διαμόρφωση. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν κι αυτό όμορφο, άνετο και λειτουργικό και είχαμεκαι ωραία εξυπηρέτηση από τους οικοδεσπότες.

Εντυπωσιακά καθαρό σπίτι. και εξοπλισμένο με τα παντα. ό,τι καλύτερο για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση. η πισίνα σε πολύ καλό μέγεθος και βάθος. Το μόνο αρνητικό, οτι το beach bar δίπλα, έπαιζε πολύ δυναυα τα σαββατοκύριακα και το πολύ μικρό 2ο δωμάτιο. Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα !

the Villa is located on a very high hill overlooking Trizonia island- a small, simple and beautiful greek island. The house has an amazing view (especially from the upper balcony). it is modern and beautiful with a real fireplace and a huge inside grill ! the rooms are perfect, they are actually more than rooms- they are small apartments! every room has a small kitchen, private shower and toilet, and a separated balcony. Jan is an extremely nice host and will make you feel welcomed and take care of all your needs.

Words cannot explain how amazing Andrea and Anastasia were with their hospitality in this beautiful villa. I will be sure to come back to this home again and will surely recommend to all friends and family who come to Greece from near and far to stay at villa anastasia. The outside space was lush, peaceful, and healing to the soul. The inside was cozy with plenty of open room and an amazing aura that made you feel as if you were at your own home. Unbelievable hosts and an unbelievable home.

wunderschönes Grundstück mit Meeres- und Bergblick und Infinitiv Pool. Abseits vom Tourismus und super liebe und vertrauensvolle Vermiter. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!!:)

Effie was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean, perfectly situated and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
