We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

Hello Nomiki, Thank you for your hospitality and to let us stay in the beautiful renovated studio! It was a pleasure to stay here and we enjoyed the unique Pserimos ambience once again.

We stayed at Erdal Bey’s apartment for a week and overall had a pleasant experience. The house is centrally located, but the nearby beach is not the cleanest for swimming. We encountered a water issue during the first two days, but Erdem Bey did his best to assist. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, and overall, it's in great condition. However, to reach better swimming beaches, you will need a car. Additionally, the area has occasional water supply issues, so it's important to check the water tank in advance to avoid any shortages. Despite these minor inconveniences, the house and surroundings were beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay.

Wir wurden mit Hilfe einer genauen Beschreibung zu der Wohnung gelotst und von der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin Nancy empfangen. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt ruhig inmitten einer kleinen Dünenlandschaft mit Fichten. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig . Wir haben uns überwiegend auf der Dachterrasse aufgehalten. Sie bietet einen tollen Blick über die Dünen teilweise bis zum Meer. In 3 Minuten ist man über einen Dünenweg am Meer. Den Sandstrand hatten wir im Sept. fast für uns alleine. Den Ort Mastihari erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß über einen schön angelegten Pfad. Dort gibt es reichlich Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nancy hat uns auch mit reichlich Infos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurantempfehlungen versorgt. Wir haben uns oft mit ihr in ihrem wunderschönen Garten unterhalten. Sie ist sehr herzlich und humorvoll.. Alles in allem war es ein für uns wunderschöner Urlaub, den wir gerne bei ihr irgendwann wiederholen möchten.

Really lovely stay in Stavros' home! Very clean, great kitchen amenities, comfy couch and spacious. Great location - very close to the beach (5 min walk max), with lots of great restaurants and coffee/bakeries around. Would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful time! Absolutely fantastic stay! We were a group of 6, and the space was perfect for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after our days out. The home was clean, well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Anamne Zia. Die Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang war atemberaubend. In Zia konnten wir einige tolle Restaurants finden, Fofi hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, sauber, ruhig und mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Vielen dank für alles!

Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Tolle Architektur und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr vollgefühlt. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub auf Kos, perfekter Mix zwischen Erholung und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Strand ca. 2min Fußweg. Tolle Bars, Tavernen und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch ihre Lage und den separaten Innenhof sehr ruhig. Dimitrios und Evi sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war super, schnelle Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen sowie hilfreiche Tipps / Organisation für bsp. Autovermietung und Flughafentransfer 😊 Liebe Evi, lieber Dimitrios vielen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt auf Kos, wir kommen gerne wieder.

WOW. This place is stunning, we're already planning a return trip as soon as possible. Probably the most beautiful pool/view combo I've ever experienced, along with an exceptionally comfortable and well-stocked Airbnb. Communication was excellent, and I can't think of anything to improve on at all. If you're thinking of booking, do it.

Me, my son, and my wife stayed at this wonderful house in Zia village from August 17th to 22nd. It was definitely beyond our expectations, and we will certainly come back again. Dimitris is a very friendly person. Thank you for everything.

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon

Es war die beste Wohnung, die ich bisher gefunden habe und Manolis war ein perfekter Vermieter, der bei Nachfragen immer schnell reagiert hat und sich um alles verlässlich gekümmert hat.

Σταμάτης çok sıcakkanlı ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Üçüncü defa evinde kalıyorum ilk günden itibaren çok güzel bir iletişimimiz oldu ve yine her zamanki gibi çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadım. Evin konumu çok merkezi rahatlıkla limana, alışveriş noktalarına restoran ve kafelere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Ev çok temiz, ferah ve ihtiyaçlara göre çok güzel donatılmış. Kendimi yine evimde gibi hissettim ve keyif aldım. Ayrıca giriş çıkış saatlerinde çok yardımcı oldu bunun için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim:) Kos tatilinde konaklamak için çok doğu bir mekan herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
