This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. This 500 sq foot one bedroom apartment (outfitted for two) is steps away from Alberta Art District and close to Mississippi Ave, Dekum and Concordia. There are many restaurants, bars, arts studios, cafes, theatres etc in the area-- you'll never be at a loss for something to do! We're also centrally located and a short bus/max ride from downtown or the airport! Multiple fans, including cooling fan provided. This is an apartment tucked under our home above.
