Cozy Waterfront Cottage

Just steps to the water, this 2 bedroom cottage has 180 degree lake views. Shallow waterfront area, family friendly, convenient to seafood shack and ice cream. One of 6 cottage condos, this place has the best views in the association. The waterfront area is shared with the other condos. The beach area is shallow and sandy. There is a day dock and swimming raft for sunning as the waves gently rock you. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen, power boats not permitted by the association.

Swim and paddle all summer, watch the foliage come in over the water in fall, ski Tenney (10 min) or Ragged (25 min) in winter — our dirt driveway is plowed and sanded all season.
