It is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your getaway and all that the area has to offer. Many great restaurants within minutes of this location or you can cook your own meals in the full kitchen. We are close to hiking, biking, kayaking and much more. Located on a scenic road in the rural residential part of town, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking view of fields, gardens, pond and mountain ranges. We're close to the center of town, university, shopping plazas, hiking trails, Interstate 93 and ski resorts. State parks and Newfound, Winnipesaukee & Squam Lakes are easily accessible by car. Great base for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, fall sand sculptures, leaf peeping, skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, biking and nearby ice castles.

~Experience The Round House. This unique 12 sided, 2 bedroom, 1 bath wooded home is nestled above the lake like a tree house with beautiful views of the crystal clear lake and mountains. Sit and enjoy the view on the wraparound deck. The patio has a fire pit and grill, perfect for a summer night. Limited access is available for kayak launch across the street or visit two town beaches within 1 mile of the house. Shackett store is just steps away serving fresh donuts and ice cream daily!

Nestled in a field, our tiny house offers a charming retreat with horses grazing nearby. It features a kitchenette with a hand-pump sink, working fridge, and hot plate. Outside is a custom built outhouse with full eclectic and light. A lofted bedroom with a queen bed includes a railing for safety. Enjoy chairs around a propane fire pit, a grill, and games. 5 minutes from Wellington Park at Newfound Lake and Bristol’s restaurants and shop. NOTE: No shower.
