Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .La maison de Tim est très bien placée pour découvrir cette région. La maison est spacieuse, très agréable avec son vaste séjour très clair et ce logement est très propre. Le jardin est magnifique , bien entretenu et offre une vue féerique sur l environnement. Tim et sa mère sont discret. Tim est toujours disponible, souriant, vraiment au petit soin pour ses locataires. et de bons conseils Nous retenons cette adresse. Merci beaucoup à Tim .

Wij verbleven 4 nachten in het huis van Marco, met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Ons verblijf was echt perfect! Marco is een fantastische host; hij (en zijn ouders) zorgt er echt voor dat je verblijf perfect is. Hij regelde bij ons bijvoorbeeld eenpersoonsbedden extra voor de kinderen, hij zorgde voor een gevulde koelkast en maakte zelfs pizza en muffins voor ons. Bovendien heeft hij eindeloos veel tips voor dingen te doen in de omgeving of waar in Italië je ook maar heen gaat. Het huis is verder ook perfect. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en zelfs nog meer. Op het enorme terras is altijd wel een plekje in de zon (wij hadden mazzel met het weer) of schaduw te vinden. En het uitzicht kan niet mooier zijn. De omgeving is heerlijk afgelegen en rustig. Je loopt zo het bos in; onze kinderen hebben zich ook uren gemaakt in het bos. En er zijn mooie wandelingen te doen waarvan wij er twee hebben gedaan. Ook is er in de omgeving met de auto genoeg te doen. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Abbiamo appena trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa presso la casa di Valerio, situata in un luogo incantevole, con una vista spettacolare del Golfo di Rapallo. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata e offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza rilassante e confortevole. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi e si respira un’atmosfera accogliente e familiare fin dal primo momento. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza naturale di paesaggi incantevoli, con una splendida piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi nelle calde giornate estive… pur mantenendo la possibilità di raggiungere il mare in soli 10 minuti! Un ringraziamento speciale va ai padroni di casa, Valerio e Michela, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Sempre pronti a fornire consigli utili e a garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto in ogni aspetto. Il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, bellezza naturale e un’accoglienza davvero piacevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns die Gegend und die Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit einem wundervollen Blick über die Landschaft. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und es gibt genügend Stauraum. Die Details sind durchdacht und geschmackvoll. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist hell und geräumig und das obere supergemuetlich. Besonders loben möchte ich die Betten. Die Matratzen sind bequem und fest, die Decken waren angenehm warm (Oktober und Regen) die Kopfkissen schmal und fest. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns sehr gut erholt. Gesehen haben wir verschiedene historische Orte in der Umgebung, die cinque terre, wir waren wandern in der Umgebung und den Alpe apuani. Einen Tag hat es geregnet, aber auch das kann man in diesem Haus gut aushalten. Große Empfehlung!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Bellissima e finalmente rilassante vacanza . I letti comodi e Veronica è un host fantastica. E' stata gentile e premurosa . La casa è una piccola bomboniera situata in mezzo al verde. Il nostro cagnolino si è potuto godere gli spazi all'aperto con giardini completamente recintati. Posizione ottima per visitare Acqui Terme ed assaporare i vini della zona. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

We hebben een aantal heerlijke dagen gehad. We bezochten Cinque Terre met de trein en lopend, we vonden Sestri Levante ook erg aangenaam en het centrum beloopbaar vanaf de gratis parkeerplaats bij het station in de buurt. Ons favoriete uitje was Portovenere. We hebben een tweetal prachtige wandelingen gemaakt naar een beekje en rondje bij Sestri Levante. Dit appartement is voor dagjes wandelen en stadjes bezoeken een heerlijke comfortabele uitvalsbasis. Heel hartelijk dank!

I was an exhibitor at Salone del Mobile and Luca's place was the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the fair but is also surrounded by amazing restaurants for dinner and aperitifs after a long day. His place was peaceful, clean and steps away from the metro that takes you right to the Rho. My wife who accompanied me during that week was also grateful for Luca's place; she was able to explore the vibrant neighborhood or take a short walk or metro ride to visit the rest of Milan. All in all, the place was perfect for me while I was working and perfect for my wife who was exploring. We're already planning on a return trip next year!

Einfach toll, Guiseppe ist ein super Gastgeber, sowohl er als auch die Unterkunft sind fantastisch. Flexibel und sehr zuvorkommend hat er auf meine Bitte früher einchecken zu dürfen, da es schrecklich regnete, reagiert. Großes Kompliment.

location was perfect for getting around with one of the main lines right at the end of the street. apartment was comfortable and had good storage closets and bathroom space. grocery store very close too! no dryer so be prepared to hang your clothes but that's the way you do it in Italy! Rocco and his daughter were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I would rent again for sure!

Antonello é stato un grande host, sempre con predisposizione e attento a noi. l'appartamento é spazioso, comodo e ben fornito, sia come mobili che come attrezzi ed elementi da cucina, bagno, etc... abbiamo anche fatto delle grigliate (siamo argentine) San Biagio é lontano 5 km da Garlasco, la cittadina piú vicina, molto ben fornita da supermercati, ristoranti, palestre, piscine, campi da padel (che sono stati i nostri interessi), devi avere sí o sí la macchina. la velocitá internet é stata perfetta (abbiamo fatto smartworking). GRANDE OPZIONE PER CHE DEVE STARE IN ZONA!

Alles Bestens. Die Unterkunft von Massimo liegt im Zentrum von Magenta, aber sehr ruhig und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Direkt hinterm Haus befindet sich ein Parkplatz. Es gibt nette Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Daniela a été d'une extrême gentillesse envers nous. Après avoir été victimes d'une arnaque sur Airbnb, nous avons dû trouver un autre logement à 22h et Daniela a été très réactive et accueillante. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Le logement est bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Nous recommandons.

Giorgio's apartment is a wonderful pied à terre in Milan! It is was such a pleasure to wake up in this bright and cheerful apartment and look out the windows to enjoy a beautiful view of the skyline. The interior is very comfortable, making guests feel at home. The location of the apartment is ideal: surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, close to both train stations as well as metro and tram stops, and walking distance to the city centre. Giorgio and Mario are fantastic hosts: kind, considerate, rapidly responsive and extremely willing to help with any issues that arise. I would definitely recommend Giorgio's apartment for either short or long stays in Milan.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi in questa villa a Mombaruzzo! La villa è semplicemente fantastica: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Il paesaggio che la circonda è mozzafiato, immerso nella tranquillità, perfetto sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. La piscina è perfetta, pulita e ben mantenuta, ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Il personale è stato super super super super disponibile, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Tantissimi servizi a disposizione che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio questa villa a tutti,un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen in der toskanischen Landschaft, von wo man einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Landschaft hat. Die Kommunikation fand auf Englisch mit dem Sohn von Gianluca mittels Textnachrichten statt. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet auf Fragen und Belange. Vor Ort zur Übergabe ist Gianluca dagewesen. Ein Assistent für technische Angelegenheiten und Wartung der Anlage wohnt nicht weit entfernt und ist daher schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist daher sehr gut abgelaufen! Das Grundstück mit Pool, Aussicht und allem was in der Beschreibung enthalten ist, hat uns alles geboten, um unsere Woche dort entspannt auf dem Gelände zu verbringen. Definitiv also zu empfehlen. Wir erwägen eindeutig wieder zu kommen!

L’host é stato gentile e molto premuroso. La comunicazione con lui è stata molto semplice , al momento della prenotazione ci ha spiegato molto bene come arrivare alla casa. La casa ha un giardino molto spazioso dove si può tranquillamente grigliare e stare in compagnia, lo consiglio

Beautiful villa with stunning sunset views! The entire place was pristine clean and very well equipped. The host is responsive and prepared clear instructions. If you're in doubt because of the 300meters unpaved road - don't be. Our tiny Fiat 500 made it with no problem. This place will comfortably host 6 adults. Our visit was in the middle of winter, yet the house was preheated prior to our arrival and kept warm during the whole stay. This is truly a jewel.

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.
