Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an Josef für seine Gastfreundschaft. Alles war perfekt!

Marius was a wonderful host welcoming us and showing us around the house. He was also very responsive in the communications and always there to offer help and guidance. The view from the house is breathtaking, scenery and absolute peaceful silence. It was just what the doctor ordered for us to rest and recuperate with nature but not lacking any convenience. House itself was very comfortable, roomy and very clean. We visited Altausee and Grundlsee which were quite closeby and highly recommend. On Sundays, there is a self service grocery store in Altausee that we utilized as everything else was closed. We highly recommend Marius' place to anyone visiting the area.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Weihnachtszeit in Scheffau und verbrachten unser Fest 2024 in diesem traumhaften, idyllischen Häuschen. Bernhard und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und haben sogar einen liebevoll geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum für uns aufgestellt! Zu Silvester stellten sie uns eine Feuerschale zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, mit einer authentischen Einrichtung und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Der kleine Wasserlauf nebenan sorgte für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Ski- und Rodelgebiete sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, was unseren Kindern riesigen Spaß machte! Ein Highlight war das Schwimmbad mit Saunalandschaft, nur 15 Minuten entfernt, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag im Schnee. Bernhard gab uns außerdem viele Tipps für Ausflüge, die unseren Aufenthalt bereicherten. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Familienurlaub und wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

Also wir waren nur eine Nacht dort damit mein Mann nicht so lange fahren muss aber wir waren begeistert die Kinder und der Hund haben den garten geliebt und wir waren alle enttäuscht das wir nur eine Nacht hatten. Also uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen klein gemütlich und toll eingerichtet.

Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation herzlich und unkompliziert – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Das Haus selbst übertrifft die ohnehin schon schönen Bilder: mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, vollständig ausgestattet und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick sowie einem traumhaften Garten. Alles war perfekt – ein Ort zum Ankommen, Durchatmen und Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

As a family of 5 this was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for all of us! Conny was a great host - really quick responsiveness to messages. She was there to greet us as soon as we arrived, and showed us everything in the house. It was absolutely spotless! Our children loved the sandpit and slide, as well as the piano! It was a beautiful property and location, so peaceful. Our children particularly loved watching the family of sheep and lambs! The bus stop (to go into the centre of Salzburg) was a 10 minute walk and buses run regularly. We hired a car (after flying into Munich) and had lots to do from the doorstep with the use of a car. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes from the house too which is super convenient. We would definitely stay here again - no one really wanted to leave!

Wir waren für ein paar Tage mit 8 Personen im schönen Haus von Johann. Die Lage ist einmalig, mit dem Blick aus dem Zimmer auf das Bergpanorama fühlt man sich wie im Paradies. Die Umgebung bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten für Groß und Klein für Tagesunternehmungen. Der Charme des Hauses ist einmalig! Wir würden uns freuen, einmal wieder zu kommen :-)

This property was amazing! It was very spacious and comfortable, and the view was spectacular. We loved walking into the picturesque little village every day. Everything was so quiet and serene- can’t say enough great things about this place! The bus stops right in front of the building for easy access to Salzburg. The hosts were delightful and witty. We hope to visit again!

Agréable pour le peu que je suis resté

a definite rustic stay in the amazing mountains with an incredible view. If you have kids bring art supplies, educational tablet, as their is no tv. which is not a huge deal, but nice to unwind after a hectic day of adventure in the mountains. Very attentive and lovely, and their is a great restaurant right up the road! Except the bare minimum as far as supplies, so bring your own if you're driving ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Tabea’s place. It was the perfect setting for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great views. We enjoyed sitting outside the house in front of the mountain and lake. The apartment itself provided everything we needed. It’s very modern and well decorated. Tabea and team put a lot of thoughts into making their guests feel comfortable and at home. There were fresh flowers in every room, candles and fragrance, and free snacks and drinks. It felt very luxurious and I was surprised given they were charging a very fair price. Tabea also provided a list of recommended places to visit. We went to around 5 of them- very good recommendations indeed! The location of the apartment makes it very easy to get to all the places we wanted to visits. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit this area!

Das Haus befindet sich oben auf dem Berg mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Die Fahrt dorthin war angenehm und bot spektakuläre Ausblicke auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Unterkunft war komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, im Zimmer waren unzählige Decken, Kissen und einer Fülle von Handtüchern. Sowie in der Küche waren sogar Gewürze vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin Katharina, die uns jeden Morgen mit einem strahlenden Lächeln begrüßte und uns mit wertvollen Tipps für Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgte. Außerdem gab es eine Vielzahl von Broschüren und Karten für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen. Abends hatten wir viel Spaß mit den vorhandenen Gesellschaftsspielen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Unterkunft ist unschlagbar, vor allem angesichts des unglaublichen Ausblicks und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir können dieses Erlebnis nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles und freuen uns auf ein zweites mal!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The fresh air around the area made the stay even more enjoyable. One extra thoughtful touch was when the host gave us a ride to the bus terminal during check-out. It was much appreciated! Highly recommend this place.

Wir waren 1. Woche zu 2. und 2 Hunden dort. Die Lage ist ruhig und für die Hunde gibt es schöne Gassistrecken. Die Wohnung war super zu erreichen Parkplatze ist direkt vor Ort. Eine schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit ordentlicher Grundausstattung in der Küche. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und zum entschleunigen vom Alltag. 🙂

Stunning location and beautiful house and space. Car parking. Excellent hosts, especially as we had a flight delay. The views and mountainous countryside were vast. Easy access to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden areas. Ensure familiarity with garbage requirements and tourist tax payments. Be aware of access should heavy snow fall. Need a 4x4 car at least. Would highly recommend overall, as this is a unique place in an amazing location. Thank you Nina and Alexander.

Il soggiorno da Pauline è stato ottimo. La casa è molto bella e pulita e ha tutti i confort che servono, sopratutto la cucina. Il giardino è molto bello. La posizione è strategica per visitare la regione dei laghi e Salisburgo. Pauline è stata davvero gentile e accogliente!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Auch wenn dass Wetterglück nicht auf unserer Seite war. Dank des Holzofen in der Stube hatten wir es immer gemütlich warm. Sollten wir wieder ein paar Tage finden wo es passt, kommen wir gerne wieder. ps. Handy Detox war inkludiert (was allen gut getan hat), da der Empfang sehr spärlich war.

Wir haben im Sommer zwei schöne Urlaubswochen im Halthäusel verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und nur selten kommen Spaziergänger oder Wanderer vorbei. Auf der höher gelegenen Wiese weiden Ziegen und ein paar Gehminute entfernt kann man ausgesprochen neugierige Alpakas besuchen. Das Haus vermittelt insgesamt einen rustikal-urigen Eindruck und verlangt eine gewisse Anpassungsfähigkeit der Bewohnenden. Wir sind mit den zwei vorhandenen Kochplatten und dem geringen Wasserdruck, der etwas Geduld bei der Nutzung der Duschgelegenheit verlangt, gut zurechtgekommen. Die freundliche und fröhliche Co-Gastgeberin war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hätte uns bei Problemen oder Fragen sicher umgehend geholfen. Die Sauberkeit war entsprechend des rustikalen Charakters der Unterkunft in Ordnung. Fazit: Wer mit etwas einfacheren Bedingungen zurechtkommt kann hier einen schönen und besonderen Urlaub erleben.

Die Hütte ist unglaublich gemütlich! Sie scheint vielleicht auf den Bildern etwas größer, aber sie ist so gut ausgestattet, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Das Highlight ist ganz klar die Feuerstelle, der Ofen und der Hängesessel. Die Kommunikation mit Florian war perfekt. Alles im allen kann ich die Hütte empfehlen, wenn man ein paar Tage Ruhe mag 😊
