Private, fully self-contained one-bedroom studio with its own entrance and convenient self check-in. The space features a queen bed and a sofa bed, with extra linen available upon request at booking. Thoughtfully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, air fryer, coffee pod machine and hairdryer. Enjoy a secure private courtyard with outdoor seating, separate from the main garden. We live on site and are available if required, while ensuring guests can enjoy privacy throughout their stay.

Set at the back of our property with private lane access, it offers comfort, privacy and a memorable stay if you are visiting family, attending special events in Melbourne, working or travelling.
