Welcome to corner lot stay. Home away from home. This 3 bed/1 bath fully fenced in yard offers great amenities. You can enjoy sitting on the front porch sipping on your morning coffee or enjoy watching your children play in the yard. Corner lot is centrally located in Leesville with walking distance to the nearest park and a short drive to the grocery store. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place . The property sits roughly on 50 acres . It has a big back porch to sit out on with a beautiful view . You are surrounded by nature . At night time you can see deer grazing. We have an above 18’ round pool with spectacular views of the pasture. We are about 30 minutes away from Toledo Bend Lake. Kisatchie National forest is about 30 minutes away. Hiking trails & swimming. This house has one king bed one queen bed and four twin beds.

Ruby's Cottage is located 5 miles from Anacoco, La on Lake Vernon. Lake Vernon offers excellent fishing and boating. Guests have access to a large fishing dock with a gazebo and a kayak dock. A public boat launch is located 500 feet from Ruby's Cottage. A private patio with a gas BBQ is provided. A queen size bed, 2 adult bunk beds, a washer & dryer are provided. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove, microwave, and dish washer. A TV with Dish network and free Wi-Fi is provided.

The house is located 3 minutes drive from Leesville Ballpark, 15 minutes from Folk Port, behind Leesville ArtPark. Close to all the shops and restaurants.

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles!
