Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, πεντακάθαρος. Η Δέσποινα απαντούσε άμεσα στα ερωτήματα μας. Το διαμέρισμα έχει ότι χρειάζεται ο καθένας και παραπάνω . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

It is a nice comfortable flat, and the added value is the parking lot for the car. Highly recommended!

It was a second staying at this place because we like it very much! Great and big apartment at the very perfect central district with many shops and restaurants and now may be about 50 meters near the Metro station! The Host is amazing, very friendly and responsive!

Its a very cosy Appartement in Ano Poly, the old town. The view is great from the Balkony. Here you can have a orginal Greek feeling in a big town like Saloniki. The check in and out was esay. Konstantinos was always very friendly an helpful to get a taxi to the airport. This Trip in Konstantinios appartement was a feeling to visit a friend at his home. I will come next time again.

Ο χώρος ήταν ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟΣ και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος,δεν του έλειπε τίποτα!!η περιοχή πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη!η κ. Κατερίνα απαντούσε πάντα στα μηνύματα και ήταν πολύ ευγενική πρόσχαρη και εξαιρετικά βοηθητική! Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ όμορφη το σπίτι ήταν καλύτερο ακόμα από τις φωτογραφίες, πολύ έξυπνα διαμορφωμένο, οι καναπέδες και το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετοι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πεντακάθαρο, η Σισσυ μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση πριν το τσεκ ιν σίγουρα θα το συνιστούσαμε!!

Πολύ όμορφος, καλοδιατηρημένος χώρος, με ωραία έπιπλα και παροχές. Ήσυχη περιοχή, προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, άριστος στην δουλειά του, καθώς και συνεπής. Σίγουρα χρειάζεσαι κάποια χρήματα για να μείνεις μέρες, αν όμως τα διαθέτεις πιστεύω θα αξίζει να τα δώσεις .

The house is excellently furnished. We didn't lack anything. The host was proactive and super kind to us. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach (5-7 minutes). We felt at home. I recommend the place. It is perfect for relaxation and privacy.

Sehr großes Haus mit vielen separierten Bereichen. Wenn man beispielsweise mit 6 Personen (3 Pärchen) anreist, ist es für alle möglich Privatsphäre zu genießen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat beispielsweise einen Balkon. Zusätzlich gibt es unten eine größere Terrasse. Im Garten dann noch weitere Sitzgelegenheiten, einen kleinen Fußballplatz und einen Spielplatz. Das Grundstück wurde während unserer Anwesenheit allabendlich durch die Familie gepflegt (Blumen gießen, Rasen bewässern, ...). Im Wohnzimmer hochwertige Möbel. Die Betten sehr bequem. Babybett vorhanden. Sogar Baby-Badelotion und Feuchttücher für Babys wurde bereitgestellt. Sehr umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Mit Kleinkind eher ungeeignet. Es gibt in der Wohnküche eine stilvolle Unterteilung in zwei Ebenen über zwei Stufen. Kann man auf den Bildern sehen. Wir haben es leider übersehen und mussten daher etwas aufwändiger für unsere Einjährige "absperren". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

Our stay at Villa Bougainvillea was enchanting, setting the perfect tone for our New Year celebration. The space seamlessly combined spaciousness, beauty, and coziness. It has four generously-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches under the warm New Year weather. The living space, with the piano, the Christmas tree and the crackling fireplace added an extra layer of coziness, creating a truly warm and festive atmosphere. Our host Froso played a pivotal role, her kindness and availability adding a personal touch. Upon arrival, we were delighted by a thoughtful gesture of wine and food, creating a truly hospitable atmosphere. Villa Bougainvillea is more than a place to stay; it's an oasis of comfort and connection. Whether a short getaway or a long family stay, it offers the ideal setting. Our New Year celebration was made special, thanks to the charm and hospitality of Villa Bougainvillea. Thank you for everything!

It was a very pleasant experience, though we had a short stay in Agios Antonios. Daniil and Maya were very kind and the house was indeed nice with large spaces, clean and beautiful views from the huge balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and one can feel the relaxed countryside life. The village itself is close to Thesaloniki and Halkidiki, which makes it perfect location if travelling Northern Greece. We all appreciated Maya's talent, she prepared for us a special dinner, excellent mediteranean salads, delightful desert and an excellent white wine. Daniil has helped and advise us about the best places in Thesaloniki, parking places, historical points of interests, museums and traditional shops. We were in permanent contact and he managed to arrange all the details for a smooth travel experience. In few words great hosts, very nice house, excellent food, good location.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

Clean house, you have everything that you need... nice beaches reachable by car (15–45 minutes)...Stratos helped a lot with suggestions, responded very quickly to all our needs... Definitely coming back...
