Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

This place is such a gem! Kynthia was very nice, and her father - a total star! He gave us fresh eggs, figs and veggies from his garden. We also loved the outdoor kitten that was around, she was very sweet. We loved staying here, efaristho! ❤️

We had a fabulous week staying in this wonderful property. It’s located near to some of the most beautiful coves and beaches there are in Kefalonia. The village is friendly and a local shop is a few minutes walk away. The actual property is fantastic. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean and homely. There is lots of sociable space to hang out in. Comfortable bedrooms. Clean everywhere and multiple spaces to eat outside and enjoy the forest and sea views. Maria’s communication was excellent. Very clear and very helpful. She was super responsive to any queries and a fantastic host. We would highly recommend this property.

An incredible villa. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor areas are particularly ‘wow’. The infinity pool is spotless, and has incredible views out across Sivota bay. The loungers are so comfy, and the vine canopy idyllic. We spent many happy afternoons chilling around the pool, listening to music and reading books. The terrace is equally lovely, with the same fantastic views. And the addition of the BBQ and outdoor kitchen meant we could enjoy authentic home cooked fare as the sunset. A really magical place. Inside there’s everything you need; a well stocked kitchen, a hot shower, plentiful towels and very comfy beds. Plenty big enough for four adults. George was a great host - rapid to respond, very accommodating of requests, and friendly to a tee. Something he shares with his parents, who gave us the most special of welcomes on check in! Thank you George.

Simeoni and Spiros are amazing hosts. There should be a separate category for Simeoni. The house location is perfect, private yet close to town which has plenty of amenities. The house is also very close to a great beach and fantastic sea-side tavernas. A perfect spot!!!

Sehr schöne Pool Anlage, ca. 3km von Agios Nikitas. Sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Villa mit allen Ausstattungen, die es braucht. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich!

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was amazing! Very convenient location + the free parking space if you visit by car. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Would visit again!

We had a really great week at Nektarios’ place! It’s a really peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the bay, and some lovely taverna’s aswell as the beach within 5 minutes walk. It was a convenient base for exploring Lefkada although a car is an essential. Nektarios was a super helpful and friendly host, and would definitely recommend staying here. We’re already thinking about a return trip to Lefkada!

Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern des Air BnB war im Vorfeld der Ankunft sehr kommunikativ und hilfreich. Bei Fragen für mögliche Aktivitäten konnten Sie uns hilfreiche Tipps geben. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich & herzlich begrüßt. Sie haben uns eine kleine Tour gegeben und standen für sonstige Rückfragen immer zur verfügung. Das Apartment selbst sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, es war sauber & modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Zeit die wir dort verbracht haben. Wir würden das AirBnB absoult weiterempfehlen! Wir waren sehr glücklich über unsere Buchung! Vielen dank an unsere Gastgeber für die tolle Zeit!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war super. Die großen Räume, vor allem der Wohn-und Essbereich laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Sehr gefallen hat uns der Kamin und das es möglich ist aus jedem Zimmer auf einen Balkon hinaus gehen zu können. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο ελάχιστα έξω από την πόλη της Λευκάδας οπότε είναι εύκολη η πρόσβαση σε όλες τις περιοχές του νησιού. Παρέχει οτιδήποτε χρειαστείτε και είναι πολύ καθαρό. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική, άμεση απάντηση σε οποιαδήποτε απορία. Αν ξαναπάω στην Λευκάδα σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω να μείνω πάλι εκεί.

Very nice hosts and excellent location. Met Niko and wife Agoritsa in Lefkada, both speak very good English. Niko escorted us to Perigiali to the apartment or rather the 2nd floor of a two storey house. The view is such a delight. It feels like the sea is just an arms length reach away, with the famous Skorpios and other islands scattered in front of you, giving the feeling as if it is a large pool. During the nights only gentle slaps of waves (even when there were rough waves behind the islands), not bothering at all, although the house is next to the sea. The balcony is excellent for breakfast, sipping your drink (and dinner too of course but we always ate outside). Nidri, nearby, has plenty of choices. We liked Vasiliki too as we moved around the island. Good water pressure, the internet sometimes goes away intermittently (a local infrastructure problem), but not a big deal. Very nice have met you Niko and do look forward coming back again hopefully.

We had a great vacation. Beautiful house, incredible view and perfect location. The beach is 2 steps away from the house. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The views were nothing short of breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our getaway. Communication with the host was seamless; they were clear and responsive, making check-in and our entire stay effortless. A highlight for us was when my partner developed a severe headache and, unfortunately, we had forgotten to pack any medicine. To our relief, the villa came equipped with a medical kit that included paracetamol. This thoughtful touch truly saved the day and showcased the host's attention to detail. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return again and bring our friends and family to enjoy the breathtaking view

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Bei der Anfahrt ist das letzte Stück Straße etwas holprig und man läuft auch vom Parkplatz einige Stufen hinab zum Quartier. Aber der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Bett morgens aufs Meer ist dafür einfach nur traumhaft; der Strand im Oktober fast menschenleer und dazu das kristallklare , türkis schimmernde Wasser. Da ist man auch gerne bereit, den Hang hinab und später wieder hinauf zu laufen. Das Haus mit der Kombination aus Naturstein und Holz wirkt sehr einladend ; der Platz in den Zimmern ist großzügig bemessen, das große Doppelbett super bequem. Da wir gerne selber kochen, hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Equipment in der Küche gewünscht oder vielleicht auch einen Außengrill. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist es in den Sommermonaten wohl nicht ganz so ruhig- jetzt war es sehr erholsam und auch ein spätes Auschecken ohne Aufpreis kein Problem.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful peaceful secluded setting..walking distance to the nearby village of Magganis. Good restaurants. Not too expensive. Sheep bells in the valley below. Sunsets over the sea. The pool was chill in April but we all got in, lovely clean and well maintained. Very well looked after grounds with lovely plants and trees (olives, almonds, orange and lemons). Great fake grass lawn for football/games. Supermarket in village (expensive local supermarkets....recommend big shop in Lidl Argostoll for essentials if self catering). Beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites Emplisi and Atelies in north and Antisamos east. Myrtos and Petani impressive. Bays around the Fiskardo lighthouse lovely for a cheeky dip.

Quite possibly the best villa and location for a quiet and special get away from it all! Sivota is very pretty and has a beautiful marina with many restaurants; lots of villas dotted around the surrounding valley. Most are a bit tricky to get to by car as the lanes and tracks are narrow and stoney, this one is no different as you negotiate the approach. A few trips and you get to used to it though. The villa itself has direct access by foot to the harbour which is a great plus, literally a few minutes and you’re in the owners restaurant which is also fabulous! Elena welcomed us, showed us around, gave us lots of good recommendations for the whole island. We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier host! The villa is perfect! We loved the views, the decor, the pool and especially the private sea access which we used every day for invigorating swims and snorkeling. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, lots of thoughtful touches and welcome goodies. Great villa, superb location!!

très agréable maison, nous étions 2 couples avec ados et chacun avait son espace, la vue est magnifique. Juste 2 petites améliorations à prévoir la route d'accès et les salles de bains

This house is amazing! At least once in lifetime should be visited! The view is amazing and you are closer to the famous beaches in the west by driving 30-40 mins ( compared to Nidri) The house was very clean and the yard the most beautiful and the greenest! The pool was well cared and handed ! We will go back for sure so thank you, George for your lovely villa!

An amazing villa. Nice and private located up the hill overlooking Nydri. Thr views are simply breathtaking, particularly at sunrise. The villa is modern and brilliantly equipped for all self catering needs, especially the kitchen and bbq area. The pool is also fantastic, well maintained, and many happy hours were spent in the pool in our stay. Only 10 minutes down hill from Nydri with port, restaurants, shops and small supermarkets. Very accessible to other parts of the island too. Simone was a great host. She was flexible when we were a little early for check in and personalky met and welcomed us. A very generous welcome hamper awaited - much better than anywhere else we have ever stayed. Plenty of large towels, including additional pool towels. We did experience an island-wide water shortage and Simone responded immediately and helped us as soon as was possible. I highly recommend Simone as a host and her property. Book it! You will not regret it!

We had been coming to Lefkada for a few years now and have always tried to book this villa, but its always been fully booked. This year we were really lucky and finally did it! I can see why it's so popular, it has a wonderful feel about it and is such a welcoming space. You feel right at home and relaxed straight away. Julie is a wonderful host, and so helpful with suggestions on walks to do, beaches to go to, things to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Julie!
