A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Welcome to Studio on Burgess - a stylishly appointed, comfortable one bedroom studio with lounge area, kitchenette and main bathroom. The studio enjoys its own private deck and garden area to relax as well as off street parking, with separate access from a main house, so you can come and go as you please. Ideally located with many of the towns attractions only minutes walk away including the town centre and its many eateries and shops, Bicheno blow hole and picturesque Rice Pebble Beach.

By day, you will see seals lazing on the rocks and may catch a glimpse of whales on their migration. At night, quietly watch for the penguins walking up to their burrows. Shops, restaurants, beaches and boat ramp are all within 15 min walk. Fabulous wineries, great bush walks, National Parks and Wine Glass Bay are within 30 min by car.

Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

The Unit is at the side of the main house and very private. Please note that we offer multiple night discount. Free Parking between big shed and accommodation unit. Very close to Freycinet National Park (Wineglass Bay), Douglas Apsley, Vineyards, Natureworld, & local Penguin tours.

Freycinet National Park is a 30 min drive,then you can walk over to Wine Glass Bay.
