The apartament was everything we expected and more. Spotless clean, airy and beautifully furnished, very nice turquoise crockery. The parking area is big enough for 2 minivans if necessary. We arrived very late in the evening, nearly midnight, but Alexandros was waiting for us. He is the most welcoming and warm host one can imagine, extremely easy to communicate with. We found on the table a very tasty kefalonian dinner and a bottle of wine, for which we were deeply grateful, since we were completely exhausted. Our only regret was that we didn't plan to stay longer in Kefalonia, but we know now what to plan in the future. Many thanks to Alexandros for his great advices about the island. A great apartament, a wonderful host, I would recommend to anyone visiting Kefalonia!!

The most modern accomodation you can get on the island, the apartment is brand new, spotless clean with amazing facilities and location. Super comfy bed and very quiet area that has a beautiful view from its spacious balcony. Our host went above and beyond to welcome us with a full overview of the top spots to visit, made us feel special. This is the best accommodation you can book, highly recommended.

Spotless, comfortable and brand new this BnB was a true delight. The host was very great, quick to respond and helpful. Very spacious apartment. Everything you needed. We moved on another island but wished we would have stayed longer!

Una casa con vista magnifica sul golfo di Agostoli, immersi nelle colline pietrose dell'isola con, verso sera, il rumore del vento. Francesca e Dimitri sono molto accoglienti e simpatici e Francesca è una fonte fondamentale di informazioni sull'isola, non per niente faceva da guida. E' importante avere un'auto o uno scooter, perchè la casa è isolata e dista da Agostoli circa un quarto d'ora.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seafront villa!! sold us from the photos and it 100% did not disappoint! came for a family week holiday with our 19 month old boy and he absolutely enjoyed everything! the local beach was beautiful and very peaceful and great for him! loved having our own pool!!! Themis' place is immaculate and had everything we needed for a family holiday in the sun! the outdoor oven was out of use at the time but the bbq replacement worked out well and we used it nearly everyday! we came early October and was very lucky with the weather. would 100% come back again to Themis' properties! the location is great and the views were stunning! we really benefitted from a hire car as we could explore the island more and was handy getting to the shops for food/drinks. thank you Themis for our stay!! Themis was very helpful with local knowledge and very quick responding to my messages! see you next year! xx

We had the most wonderful stay with our two children. The house is perfect with so many amenities. All the appliances are high quality and basically brand new! We had everything we needed and more. The pool and bbq area is fantastic. The views beautiful. Location is private but easy to get to other locations. We loved visiting Sami and the Melissani Cave’s not to be missed. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and kind. We highly recommend the house and have already told family and friends about it!

A fantastic 2 week stay in this lovely home. Very spacious, quiet, lovely surroundings, a kitchen with everything you need, great bathroom, comfy rooms, airy sitting room, excellent aircon, lovable cats! We loved Skala, with it's friendly and welcoming people, great restaurants/bars at fair prices, fantastic beach within a few minutes walk. Felt very chilled out here, Panos was a great host and we would love to return here without hesitation! Nothing to fault, recommend 100%!

Just back from a week staying in Kefalonia at this lovely villa. The villa is lovely and is very well suited to families or friends that want to holiday together, but also have their own space. The villas are spacious and clean, and in particular the top floor apartment is very modern and well equipped. As a host Daniel was very helpful and answered any queries we had promptly. We will definitely be back!

An absolutely beautiful apartment and a gorgeous fairy lit garden. Excellent communication with hosts - and lots of little treats on arrival - so thoughtful The location was a few mins walk from the centre of town giving easy access to bars, restaurants, shops etc but feeling very peaceful and residential at the same time. We arrived late at night and this was just a 15 min taxi ride from the airport so was very easy Brilliant value for money - would definitely return and recommend to friends

Lieu magnifique et petit bungalow très agréable et fonctionnel. Une voiture reste indispensable pour s’y rendre. Des plages aux belles eaux propres et claires sont accessibles à pied. Nous avons même pu admirer des tortues nager !!! Notre hôte a été très réactif.

This place was perfect for us. Big and Comfortable with a spectacular view. Just across the street from the lapping shores of the Ionian. All the facilities were in top shape. Access was super easy. And host is in the building to help you with any questions. We had a rental car and always had plenty of spots to park right in front of our building. The town is charming with a host of local characters and unique eateries that will give you an authentic experience. Good base of operations to see the rest of the Island.

I absolutely loved my stay here - it was everything we could have wanted and more! The apartment itself was beautiful, super clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance. Erasmia was a fabulous host and was super helpful with any questions or requests we had.

This is a wonderful place. The host Vaso & Vasilis live on site and are the most wonderful hosts. The place is spotless and in a great location. Vaso gave us some Kefalonia meat pie which was delicious and Vasilis helped get the BBQ going for me. Every time we met Vasilis he would have a beer for us! The studio is in a great location, 5 mins walk to nearest restaurant up the hill with lots of others nearby. There is an amazing beach within a 10-15min walk down the hill. We certainly plan to return. Highly recommended.

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό με άνετους χώρους , εξοπλισμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, δροσερό , με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και αρκετά κοντά στο Ληξούρι. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα θελα να ξαναμείνω εάν μου δοθεί η ευκαιρία.

Really nice place up on the hill overlooking Vathy. Host was fantastic, super friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless and regularly cleaned during my 2 weeks stay. Highly recommended for a quiet get away.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this home, we felt comfortable and welcomed right away, everything was clean, neat and spacious. A perfect house for 3 couples or a family to stay. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Argostoli, thank you!!

Afgelopen oktober hebben wij vier nachten verbleven in Eagle nest. De host Marina is heel vriendelijk en begroette ons hartelijk bij aankomst, waarna ze ons alle voorzieningen uitlegde en gelijk tips gaf voor heerlijke restaurantjes. De ochtend erna had zij zelfs voor ons een ontbijtje geregeld! De locatie is prachtig bovenop een berg met uitzicht op de zee/kust. Richting het strand is het ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen. Vanaf het strand terug de berg op is prima te doen. Er zitten heerlijke restaurantjes in de buurt zoals Lisa’s Grill. De accommodatie is zoals op de foto’s en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij vonden de bedden iets gedateerd, maar sliepen prima. Concluderend hebben wij een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Marina en zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen!
